Boston Police are at the the Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School in Grove Hall, Dorchester, following a call reporting a person with a gun.

Very little information is known at the moment, as Officer Michael Torigian, a BPD spokesman, said the call came in at 8:47 a.m.

There have been no injuries or arrests reported, he said.

A Boston Public Schools spokesman was en route to the scene when reached for comment and did not yet have information on the situation.

Best known as the King school, the kindergarten through eighth grade school is located at 77 Lawrence Ave.
