The city gave cheers to Tom Kershaw, the owner of Cheers and Hampshire House, Wednesday&nbsp;to mark his 55th year in business. Hampshire House is also home to the beloved Bull + Finch Pub which gained international fame when it became the inspiration for the hit TV series Cheers in 1981. It’s now a stop for TV fans from all over.
