FRANKLIN

The UMass-Lowell commit won 305-of-386 possible faceoffs his senior season, as the Panthers made a run to the Div. 1 quarterfinals. He closed his high school career with a stunning 73% winning rate in the faceoff circle (897-for-1,226), with 12 goals to go with 22 assists.

JIMMY AYERS

ST. JOHN’S PREP

The Johns Hopkins commit took the MIAA by storm once again with a 73-point outburst (54 goals, 19 assists), guiding St. John’s Prep to its third consecutive Div. 1 championship with a 16-14 win over bitter rival BC High this past June; he was named an All-American. The three-time All-Catholic Conference Team member totaled 225 total points (155 goals, 70 assists).

ANDREW BERARDI

NAUSET

Berardi (82 goals, 41 assists) helped Nauset to the Div. 2 quarterfinals and was named the conference’s Most Valuable Player. The senior is a member of the Kings Lacrosse club team, and a Cape and Islands League All-Star Basketball Team selection. Berardi will attend Babson College next year, where he will be continuing his lacrosse journey.

RYAN BLAGG

CHELMSFORD

The defenseman was chosen as an All-American and an All-Merrimack Valley Conference First-Team selection in guiding Chelmsford to the Div. 1 Round of 16. Blagg was also named to the All-Merrimack Valley Conference First Team in both basketball and football, the sport he will be playing at the University of New Hampshire.

JAMES CARROLL

BC HIGH

The Georgetown commit finished with 28 points (13 goals, 15 assists) and also registered 89 ground balls. He caused 40 turnovers as the Eagles made a run to the Div. 1 finals for a third consecutive season. This included his comeback from a frightening injury during the 2022 lacrosse playoffs, when Carroll sustained a ruptured spleen and a lacerated kidney.

RYAN CHO

ACTON-BOXBORO

The two-year captain racked up 36 goals to go with 20 assists his senior season as the midfielder was named a Dual County League All-Star for his performances. The Revolution ultimately went on to reach the Div. 1 semifinals before faltering to BC High. Cho plays for the Fighting Clams club lacrosse program, and will continue to play in college at UMass-Lowell.

TYLER CLAYTON

ACTON-BOXBORO

The Dual County League’s Most Valuable Player finished with 94 points overall, capping his incredible high school journey with 200. He was selected as a USA All-American. The team captain of Acton-Boxboro’s football team and an avid guitar player, Clayton will take a postgrad year at the Salisbury School before heading off to UMass.

JAYDEN CONSIGLI

FRANKLIN

Consigli ended with a 107-point campaign (79 goals, 28 assists). He was named a Hockomock League All-Star as well as an Eastern Mass. All-American. The senior (329 points overall) will play in college when he heads to UMass-Lowell, where he is planning to major in business.

CONNOR CRONIN

MARBLEHEAD

Cronin completely took over the Northeastern Conference with 81 goals and 50 assists this past spring, helping Marblehead nearly pull off a perfect season. The Magicians saw their run end in the Div. 2 Final Four, when they fell to the state’s runner-up, Duxbury. Cronin (153 career goals, 116 assists) will be attending Avon Old Farms next year, where he intends to play football.

JACK CURRAN

NEEDHAM

Curran was named a Bay State Conference All-Star his junior season, as he buried 16 goals and 18 assists. He also amassed 92 ground balls and created 68 caused turnovers. An Eastern Mass. Lacrosse All-Star in his own right, Curran also is a member of Needham’s boys hockey team.

RYAN DALY

NORWELL

Daly led the top-seeded Clippers to the Div. 3 state title. The senior finished with the most saves in program history with 567. A two-time All-American and South Shore League All-Star selection, Daly will continue to play lacrosse at the University of Vermont.

LUKE DAVIS

FRANKLIN

Davis set a program record for points in a season with 141 (83 goals, 58 assists), good enough to be named the Hockomock League’s Most Valuable Player, and a USA All-American for the third time. Davis is bound for Boston University where he will major in business while playing lacrosse.

BROCK DESMARAIS

DRACUT

Desmarais was named the Merrimack Valley Conference’s Player of the Year, as he carried Dracut to an appearance in the Div. 3 Round of 8. The senior has also enjoyed great success at the MIAA level for wrestling, finishing as a state champion. However, he will turn his attention to a future in lacrosse, playing for Rutgers University.

SCOTT EINARSON

BILLERICA

Einarson closed out his career by winning the Merrimack Valley Conference’s Most Valuable Player Award. The Bryant-bound Einarson holds the single-season program record for saves with 377, and also shattered the school’s all-time record for career stops with 882 (with a 74% save percentage). A three-year captain and the recipient of the Barbara Hood Memorial Student Scholar Athlete Award, Einarson won the Presidential Academic Award, and boasts a GPA of 3.7.

GABRIEL ELKIN

NATICK

The Union College commit finished his year with 51 goals and 17 assists and was named the Bay State Conference (Carey Division) MVP. He was a league All-Star for a third time, and chosen to the Eastern Mass. All-Star Team for the second straight year. Elkin maintained Honor Roll status for the entire duration of his high school career, three years of which he earned High Honors.

WILL EMSING

BC HIGH

As a senior, Emsing proved to be one of the Catholic Conference’s most electrifying scorers with 122 points in total (77 goals, 43 assists). The attackman was named an Eastern Mass. Coaches Lacrosse Association All-American, and a league All-Star as the Eagles reached the Div. 1 title game. A member of the Kings Lacrosse club team and a big fan of fishing, Emsing will continue his playing career at Tufts University.

CHRIS ESPOSITO

ST. JOHN’S PREP

Esposito was crucial for St. John’s Prep during its recent run to another Div. 1 lacrosse crown, primarily for his work in the faceoff circle. He won 68% of his matchups, and finished with over 300-plus victories this spring alone. The senior ends his high school career with 20 total goals and 35 assists. A past member of both the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society, Esposito is committed to playing lacrosse at Stony Brook University.

TYLER FAY

NORTH ANDOVER

The senior captain registered 147 ground balls and 91 forced turnovers while earning all-Merrimack Valley Conference and All-American honors. A three-time all-league performer, Fay ended his career with 327 ground balls, 216 forced turnovers and nine goals. A member of the National Honor Society, Fay will attend the Isenberg School of Management at UMass.

WYATT GLASS

DUXBURY

Despite missing time due to a knee injury sustained during the hockey season, Glass still managed to accumulate 28 goals and 15 assists en route to the Div. 2 title game, earning Patriot League All-Star honors. Glass enjoys walking his dogs and playing golf when he is off the field. He is planning on lacrosse at Merrimack College in the fall.

FINN GRANARA

READING

The senior goaltender finished with a save percentage of 68% and was named an All-American as well as a Middlesex League All-Star for the Div. 2 champions. Granara is committed to playing lacrosse at Saint Anselm College next.

ROBBIE GRANARA

READING

Granara notched 58 goals and 57 assists this year, finishing with 267 for his career. In addition to being named a Boston Herald All-Scholastic for the second time, he was also selected as a USA All-American once again, as well as a Middlesex League All-Star. Granara plans on attending a post grad year at Avon Old Farms next, with UMass on the future horizon.

WILL HARNOP

OLD COLONY

Harnop scored 94 goals to go along with 44 assists (138 points). He caps his resume at Old Colony with 299 total goals and 102 career assists. HIs next stop is at Western New England University.

HENRY HASSELBECK

XAVERIAN

Prior to his recent commitment to Michigan State for football, Hasselbeck was widely considered to be one of the top lacrosse prospects in the country. As a midfielder, he still found a way to snipe 36 goals, and dished out 24 assists. He was selected as a Catholic Conference All-Star, and chosen as the recipient of Xaverian’s ‘X’ Factor Award.

JOE HENNESSEY

HINGHAM

The team captain scored 46 goals to go with 34 assists, ending his high school career with 149 total points en route to a trip to the Div. 1 Final Four. Hennessey will play at Union College.

JAMES KENNEY

NEEDHAM

The 2023 Bay State Conference MVP, Kenney proved to be an offensive standout, despite playing as a defenseman and a long stick midfielder for the most part. He put up 55 points (21 goals, 34 assists), and was named an Eastern Mass. All-American. Only a junior, Kenney has already verbally committed to Notre Dame.

PATRICK MARONEY

BC HIGH

Maroney was chosen as a US Lacrosse All-American and as a Catholic Conference All-Star for the second time. He tallied 74 goals and tacked on 28 assists to finish the year with 102 points. In addition to being a member of the Laxachusetts club team, Maroney is a high honors student. He will play lacrosse at Gettysburg College next year.

CAMDEN MATTHEWS

ACTON-BOXBORO

Matthews lifted Acton-Boxboro to a Div. 1 semifinals appearance with an impressive 110-point campaign (82 goals, 28 assists). The Revolution team captain was named a USA All-American, and a Dual County League First-Team All-Star. During his time at Acton-Boxboro, the senior was a three-time lettermen with the school’s golf program, and a DCL All-Star in hockey. However, he will play lacrosse at the next level for St. Lawrence University.

MATT MORROW

ST. JOHN’S PREP

Morrow racked up 41 goals while handing out nine assists, helping St. John’s Prep lift its third straight Div. 1 trophy. Morrow is a member of the National Honor Society. He is looking to study at Wesleyan University.

JOHN MULLEN

NORWELL

The South Shore League’s Most Valuable Player, the senior standout played a large part in Norwell’s 19-3 season and successful defense of its Div. 3 state title. A two-time Boston Herald All-Scholastic, Mullen is widely considered one of the premier faceoff guys in the state. He will play his college lacrosse at Syracuse.

CHARLIE PACKARD

HINGHAM

Committed to the University of Richmond for lacrosse, the senior midfielder was named a Patriot League All-Star and a US All-American for a second time after turning in 44 goals and 28 assists. An honors student in each of his four seasons, Packard wrapped up his career with 180 points. Packard also played for the Kings Lacrosse club program, and was a key cog on the Harbormen’s hockey team in recent years.

JACK PYNE

BC HIGH

A two-time Catholic Conference All-Star, Pyne was the driving factor defensively for BC High during its latest playoff trip. He was selected as a USA Lacrosse All-American. The senior is moving on to Bowdoin College to continue his lacrosse career.

TYLER SACCHETTI

FRANKLIN

One of Franklin’s top attackmen from a vaunted 2023 class, Sacchetti was selected as a USA All-American after erupting for 60 goals and 48 assists. That 108-point performance also earned him the nod to be chosen as a Boston Herald All-Scholastic for the second time. The senior wasn’t just a force on the field (260 career points), he was also an outstanding student. Sacchetti finished with High Honors each of his four years, and closed his high school tenure with a GPA of 4.15. He will attend Fairfield University.

PARKER VILLARIN

DUXBURY

Villarin was named a Patriot League All-Star for a second time after Duxbury’s 20-4 season and a berth in the Div. 2 state final. The winner of the 2022 Eleventh Man and 2021 Unsung Hero Awards, Villarin was also a member of Duxbury’s football and indoor track and field programs. Villarin will play lacrosse at the Air Force Academy.

RYAN WINTERS

LINCOLN-SUDBURY

As a senior midfielder, Winters served as Lincoln-Sudbury’s anchor during its playoff run to the Div. 1 quarterfinals. He scored 44 goals and tacked on 14 assists, finishing his high school career with 92 total points and 44 ground balls over the course of 38 games. A member of the Foundations Lacrosse club team, Winters is heading off to Bowdoin College.
