According to documents that the Daily Caller was able to obtain, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s office offered free consultations and legal aid to immigrants charged with violent felonies in 2023.

These consultations were carried out on the taxpayer dime. They were offered to migrants who were charged with several violent crimes such as aggravated assault, homicide by vehicle, rape, robbery, and strangulation. Such consultations were used to help these criminal aliens evade convictions that would eventually lead to their deportation from the United States. 

The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) was able to get its hands on the documents. Krasner established the immigration counsel position in 2018 with the aim of providing the consultations and working on cases dealing with migrants.

“He is directly contradicting the purpose of a district attorney — to prosecute crimes — and using his office to help immigration violators evade the law,” Dale Wilcox, executive director and general counsel of IRLI, commented about Krasner’s derelict behavior. “The last thing the city needs is to keep criminal aliens there who may have earned deportation.”

Krasner initially won his election to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office back in 2017. Left-wing oligarch George Soros dropped spent well over $1 million to bankroll a super PAC to back him in the Democratic primary. Similar to his counterparts who received Soros funding, Krasner ran on a left-wing platform with respect to criminal justice. He emphasized an agenda to end mass incarceration and protect migrants from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s enforcement procedures. 

Indeed, American cities have turned into hubs for anarcho-tyranny, as corrupt DAs let criminals run loose. This is a sure-fire way to turn cities into facsimiles of Gotham. 

The only way to stop this nightmare is by jailing the likes of Larry Krasner and restoring law & order in cities nationwide.
