NextImg:Your Daily Disney Disaster: Disney Delays Snow Beige Until 2025; Gina Carano Torches Kaffeine Kennedy

Snow White was reportedly mostly filmed but Disney is pushing it back a whole year:

Why? Well I'll tell you why:

Bob Iger's job is at peril. It is becoming more and more obvious to more and more people that Disney cannot make the changes it needs to make with Bob Iger -- who made all the big mistakes of the past ten years -- sticking around forever to keep those mistakes in place. Bob Iger doesn't want to save Disney; Bob Iger wants to save Bob Iger's legacy, and that means keeping all of his terrible managerial decisions in place and riding this out in hopes that one day, history will vindicate him.

Do Disney shareholders want to continue losing value waiting years and years for history to possibly validate Bob Iger's ego?

So he's in trouble. And he has a huge crap about to drop in the theaters called The Marvels. He cannot have Snow White take a crap in theaters at about the same time Nelson Peltz is campaigning for other shareholders' votes.

He also can't admit failure and just scrap the movie entirely.

So he's pushing it back an entire year. He'll pour more shareholder money down this woke toilet just to avoid every having to confess error.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that Disney pushed back Snow White from its original release date of March 22, 2024 to March 21, 2025.

The outlet alleges the delay is due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.

However, The Walt Disney Company also released a first look at Rachel Zegler alongside what appears to be seven dwarfs. Given the appearance of the dwarfs, it's possible the film will undergo significant reshoots once the strike is ended.

The idea that the movie might undergo significant reshoots and thus might be the true reason for the delay is because The Daily Mail previously published images from the set of Snow White showing a number of actors that looked nothing like the dwarfs in this first look image.

Some people take the CGI dwarves in that photo to mean that Disney is going to spend $100 million to digitally erase the hippies and RenFair rejects they've already filmed in the movie and replace them with more conventional, but very expensive and CGI-rendered, fairy tale dwarves.

Other people think that Bob Iger is just lying as usual, promoting the possibility that they'll be replaced while having no intention of spending another $100 million on this doomed production.

I think it's the later. I think he called up Disney marketing and told him to deliver him an image that would "quiet the noise" on Disney's unending culture war on America.

Like I said, he knows his job is on the line.

Especially because of the South Park episode destroying Kaffeine Kennedy and Disney:

The episode wasn't great. Many of the jokes were obvious, knocking down the lowest of low-hanging fruit, and then ending with a "both sides are wrong" message.

Really? I'm wrong? I'm not responsible for driving Disney's stock price down from $160 to $79 and change.

And if I am partly responsible: Good. Proudest day in my life.

But even though South Park finished with some cowardly, sniveling, ass-kissing both-sidesing, the thing is, Disney's critics do not have shareholders ready to fire us for criticizing Disney.

But Bob Iger and Kaffeine Kennedy do have shareholders they must appease.

So even though South Park's final craven message was "both sides are wrong," it still only hurts one side, and that's Disney.

Disney's shareholders now have the image of their crumbling share value linked with Kaffeine Kennedy's endless demands to "put a chick in it and make it gay!"

And now that the Unsayable Thing has been said loudly enough that no one can pretend they didn't hear it, people will actually begin talking about the Unsayable Thing.

Gina Carano seems to name Kaffeine Kennedy specifically as the one behind her firing:

Gina Carano
@ginacarano

This is the part where KK demands any YouTubers get censored off of YouTube for sharing and laughing at this hilarious episode, she'll have YouTube disable the thumbs down option because of the ratio she'll receive, then she'll have her publicist ghouls make sure Variety and Hollywood Reporter run hit pieces about the South Park creators and their families smearing their names through every useful idiot she has under her thumb who would sell their soul to work for Lucas film, she'll activate her online mob to repeat that the South Park creators are racist, bigot, transphobes, and demand the South Park creators publicly apologize by only using words she approves of and finally she'll demand they subject themselves to a re-education course of 45 people in the lbgtq community zoom call to sit there and listen of how badly they got their feelings hurt all over a little boop of a South Park episode. [Thumbs up]

But maybe just maybe the jig is up. [wink]

Gina is referring to Disney's demand that she get on a zoom call with 45 lunatic Disney trannies and take their attacks on her in guilty silence. Incidentally, there was no guarantee that those trannies would not record the Zoom Struggle Session and then post it to embarrass Carano.

Midnight's Edge says Carano isn't exaggerating about Variety and THR running hit pieces against Kennedy's critics -- Andre recalls one of them digging up dirt on Carano's family in order to smear her, after Kaffeine Kennedy fired her.

After a Kennedy minion called Carano crazy for that tweet, she unleashed another one, spitting hot fire.

I'm surprised she did this. She must have signed an NDA and taken a payout, right?

This is Carano saying "The hell with the NDA, here's the truth about Disney."

Gina Carano
@ginacarano

Do you always call a woman crazy just because she has more first hand experience than you & says something you don't like or understand?
Bit misogynistic don't ya think. Tsk tsk.

Curious if your overlords pay you or do y'all just go ahead & shove your whole head straight up their ass for free?

I'm guessing for free. Might want to come out for some fresh air.

For some added context, not just for you but for the people reading, one of the things your overlords asked me to do was to unfollow certain accounts because they "said bad thing about Kathleen Kennedy." That was a huge red flag for me.

So Disney instructed its employees to stop following any accounts that were critical of Kaffeine Kennedy. Obviously, this would be done at Kennedy's behest.

If I were the head of one of the most powerful entertainment companies in the world, I would know that haters come with the territory & that maybe the "haters" are expressing their thoughts because they actually care and caring is a good thing because as long as they care well hey, we still have something to work with. Maybe we can win their hearts back eventually & maybe they do have some good things to add to the conversation (which they do & did). And at the very least they are still buying the product.

Look at Mando season 1, boom, the healing had begun.

If you are a proper good leader you learn how to embrace & communicate, not dictate & silence & demand your actors & directors unfollow & shame more than half of your fan base & the people who have stuck with the franchise for decades.

Side note, don't say "The force is female" & then allow only the men to express their political views online. In fact just drop the ridiculous phrase completely.

One of the problems your overlords are having now is that they've made a lot of people completely stop caring about one of the most beloved franchises in history, all by bullying, pushing aggressive agendas & trying to silence the people criticizing them.

How are they able to tell stories they don't understand when the ones they identify with are the Empire? They are literally trying to squash the little guys, the rebellion. No wonder the story telling is struggling.

They fired & dehumanized people like me who did absolutely nothing wrong, all to virtue signal to people like you, the Yes Men. But Yes Men unfortunately for you & them, do not drive culture. Maybe they were banking on the kids picking up the slack but one of the best things about this franchise is passing it from generation to generation to share, the competition is too high to throw out something as valuable as that. Why would one generation pass it on when you've disrespected & thrown them away?

Your overlords tried to hide behind the two opposing fan bases fighting each other instead of taking responsibility. So they encouraged the hate, all while virtue signaling they are standing up for minorities but instead using them as a shield & weapon. Funny enough just how our government works.

They think people will forget & yes maybe they will but for this moment they have heard the peoples voice & it shook them. They're choosing to stick with their weak leadership who couldn't handle YouTubers saying mean things online, when all it would've taken is a true leader to step in, take the reigns, take some responsibility, stop discriminating, apologize about the things that have been done wrong, step completely out of politics, be truly inclusive & they'd be back in business.. until then, they're stuck with you, the Yes Men & their plummeting stock.

I'm not saying I'm right on all fronts but I am open hearted & refused to discriminate based off of powerful people telling me how to think & act & if there was something I needed to apologize for I would have in a heartbeat but I didn't say or do anything wrong. People come up to me daily to shake my hand & thank me for taking a stand, even people who think diff.

One thing is true, good leadership makes for a better world, leading to healthier & happier people & better opportunity. Look around, we are watching the devastating effects of what bad leadership can do worldwide.

Great stuff.

Andre from Midnight's Edge reports on what he's hearing -- that her husband Frank Marshall had a bad weekend due to the South Park expose, because Kaffeine Kennedy is prone to rages and when she rages she lashes out at the people close to her.

Tom says he knows she's pissed because he's had her usual twitter minions attacking him all week.

Midnight's Edge says that Gina Carano is tipping her friends that there's going to be another shoe dropping about Kaffeine Kennedy and/or Iger and/or Disney shortly.

Good.

Burn it all to the ground.

Oh, and here's something that happens in The Marvels, via Mr H reviews: "Photon," the new black female superhero, has to fly, but doesn't know how to use her flight powers.

Sam Jackson/Nick Fury yells at her to just use her "black girl magic" to fly without knowing how.

Everything is race. Race race race race race.

Enjoy your escapist entertainment!
