Look upon the horrors that Democrat rule of cities has made:

Yes this is real. It's Kensington & Allegheny. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
They are on heroin, fentanyl and tranq. The tranq causes such bad flesh wounds you can see exposed bone on many. Rehabs won't take people with open wounds so they keep using and wounds get worse.
The city and our Soros backed DA does nothing. Instead they fund needle exchange and free needle programs where users take handfuls of clean needles and sell them for more drugs.
But that's not all they are abducting women, prostitution is rampant, assault, theft, murder are all on the rise.
No, the insane open air drug use isn't everywhere but is is spreading. Junkies are all over Market and Chestnut street in Center City.
However, unrelated crime is up everywhere even in the "good areas." We are seeing daily murders, carjackings, and growing home invasions in Society Hill and Queen Village. Shootings in RFK park and on South Street in daylight. Just two days ago a man was caught on camera stealing packages in Fairmount with a machete.
Don't think it's going to get any better. This is the norm in cities run by democrats for generations. Even the GOP here is corrupt. If this is what the people want is it even worth saving?
A very popular drug is "tranq," which causes unimaginable wounds to the human body. A bacteria called necrotizing fascitis is spread by injecting tranq, and it necrotizes flesh worse than any cobra bite.
It's like these people had their limbs held in concentrated hydrochloric acid for a half hour. She links pictures of the ravages it makes of the body. Content warning: It makes people look like medical dolls used for showing the insides of muscles and organs.
See this Instagram account for more horrors.
We're being kind and generous and "caring" by letting schizophrenic people literally dissolve their bodies with acidic narcotics. Aren't we?
Michael Schellenberger, author of San Fransicko, and a powerful critic of the left's culture of killing dressed up as a culture of caring, discusses the left's ideology here.
He makes two big points:
The term "homelessness" is a lie. It is intended to deceive. The left uses this term to suggest that the problem is a shortage in housing. Of course, that's not true at all. Homelessness is the result of the problem, not the problem itself.
The problem is that these people are all very mentally-unwell, often schizophrenic, or are addicted to drugs that make earning an income or even staying in an apartment impossible. Many are both: They are using drugs to self-medicate their insanities.
He points out that many of these people were permitted to couch-surf in the homes of their friends and family -- until their determination to inject heroin every single day, and to steal from their benefactors to pay for their drugs -- caused them to finally be kicked out by everyone.
The left wants to pretend that these people are all merely victims of circumstance, rather than of their own conscious choices. That's a lie. They don't want to admit that this has anything to do with conscious choices because if it does, then they'll have to agree that an intervention is called for.
This is the second major point Shellenberger makes. He says there are three stages of drug rehabilitation: Intervention, treatment, and recovery. The left loves talking up the latter two elements but will not acknowledge the first, indispensable step of intervention.
That's because intervention consists of others forcing -- or at least pressuring -- someone to make changes that they're unable to or unwilling to. And the left categorizes people into two groups: Victims, and oppressors. If you're an oppressor, Shellenberger notes, everything may be demanded of you and nothing should be given to you.
But if you're a victim, then everything should be given to you, and nothing can be asked of you, ever. You cannot ask a "victim" to stop doing drugs in exchange for a taxpayer-funded apartment. No, you must just give them free housing, and cannot ever ask them to change their decisions that leave them as dependents on the state.
He notes a woman he knew who had been hospitalized and given an emergency dose of Narcan after a fentanyl overdose. The moment she was out on the street -- a day or two after her near-fatal fentanyl overdose -- she was back on the street again, doing fentanyl.
He also mentions a drug-addicted woman whose legs had to be amputated due to the ravages caused by injecting drugs. That necrotizing fascities mentioned above.
He points out that the left will continue doing absolutely nothing to force -- or even nudge -- these people into stopping the behavior that is killing them, all the while patting itself on the back for showing so much "care" for these Precious Victims.
In reality -- I'm adding this -- their idea of "care" is just blind their eyes to the damage they cause and then sit in little Curated Bubbles where they can all stroke each other for being so "caring" as to allow schizophrenic women living on the street to keep injecting drugs into their legs until a doctor is forced to amputate them.
Anything, anything before telling a "victim" it's time to straighten her act out.
And so you get this. And the Woke Cultists all murmur together: "We are holy."
God save us from the evil Woke Cult that teaches its fanatics that doing substantive evil is holy.
