I had no idea.

Whenever you hear someone claim that "the experts" all support transgender treatments for children, they almost certainly are referring to WPATH -- the World Professional Association for Transgender Health -- as "experts."

Other professional medical associations defer to these "expert" activists.

And yet WPATH's internal files, which include written discussions and a video, reveal that its members know they are creating victims and not getting "informed consent."

Victims include a 10-year-old girl, a 13-year-old developmentally delayed adolescent, and individuals suffering from schizophrenia and other serious mental illnesses.

The injuries described in the Files include sterilization, loss of sexual function, liver tumors, and death.

WPATH members indicate repeatedly that they know that many children and their parents don't understand the effects that puberty blockers, hormones, and surgeries will have on their bodies. And yet, they continue to perform and advocate for gender medicine.

The WPATH Files prove that gender medicine is comprised of unregulated and pseudoscientific experiments on children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults and will go down as one of the worst medical scandals in history.

"We're explaining things to people who haven't even had biology in high school..."

"I think the thing you have to remember about kids is that we're often explaining these sorts of things to people who haven't even had biology in high school yet," says Dan Metzger, an endocrinologist.

"The 14-year-olds, you just... It's like talking [about] diabetic complications with a 14-year-old. They don't care. They're not going to die. They're going to live forever, right? So I think when we're doing informed consent, that's still a big lacuna."

There are other discussions of the challenge of getting informed consent from 14-year-olds in the written files.

"I've recently received questions from an ['Assigned Female At Birth'] pre-menarche 10 y/o patient about whether blockers will 'stunt' his growth..."

"It is very difficult to ask that they wait until age 16"

WPATH members resist efforts to make children and adolescents wait to have drugs and surgery.

A "16 y/o patient...found to have two liver masses... the likely offending agents were the hormones..."

The problem is that drugs can cause tumors, even, apparently, in people as young as 16 years old.

"To what degree... providers discuss actual rates of surgical complications... (e.g., pain...additional surgeries, necrotic tissue, infection, hematomas..."

Many young patients experiencing gender distress do not appear to understand that they may suffer serious consequences from long-term hormone use and genital surgery.

"I feel the best time for surgery in the U.S. is the summer before their last year of high school."

Despite the widespread and growing expression of concern within the WPATH Files over the negative side effects of gender medicine, WPATH members urge that irreversible surgeries take place when adolescents are just 16 or 17 years old.

"Most of the kids are nowhere in any kind of brain space to really talk about it seriously."

Later in the files, doctors talk about patients with untreated dissociative identity disorder -- multiple personality disorder, they used to call it -- and untreated schizophrenia.

These people are not capable of providing informed consent for these operations. Furthermore, their obvious mental illnesses should be treated first, before anyone even considers lopping off their breasts and penises as a "treatment."

But instead, they went right ahead with drugs and The Chop.

At Reality's Last Stand, Beth Bourne decided to test how easy it was to get a quickie transgender diagnosis and a prescription for drugs. She pretended to be transgender, and didn't pretend that hard at it.

She got her diagnosis and drugs without question.

Could I expose the medical scandal of "gender-affirming care" by saying and doing everything my daughter and other trans-identifying kids are taught to do? Would there be the type of medical safeguarding and differential diagnosis we would expect in other fields of medicine, or would I simply be allowed to self-diagnose and be offered the tools (i.e. hormones and surgeries) to choose my own gender adventure and become my true authentic self?

If I could demonstrate that anyone suffering from delusions of their sex, self-hatred, or identity issues could qualify for and easily obtain body-altering hormones and surgeries, all covered by insurance as "medically necessary" and potentially "life-saving" care, then maybe people would finally wake up. I certainly had.

I was prepared for failure. I wasn't prepared for how easy success would be.

I am a 53-year-old mom from Davis, CA. My daughter began identifying as a transgender boy (social transition) and using he/him pronouns at school during 8th grade....

She "came out" as trans to her father (my ex-husband) and me through a standard coming-out letter, expressing her wish to start puberty blockers. She said she knew they were safe, citing information she had read from Planned Parenthood and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

There you go -- WPATH again.

I decided to go undercover as a nonbinary patient to show my daughter what danger she might be putting herself in--by people who purport to have her health as their interest, but whose main interest is in medically "affirming" (i.e., transitioning) whoever walks through their door. I am at heart a mother protecting her child.

Throughout the whole 231-day process of my feigned gender transition, the Kaiser gender specialists were eager to serve me and give me what I wanted, which would all be covered by insurance as "medically necessary." My emails were returned quickly, my appointments scheduled efficiently, and I never fell through the cracks. I was helped along every step of the way.

Despite gender activists and clinicians constantly claiming that obtaining hormones and surgeries is a long and complex process with plenty of safety checks in place, I was in full control at every checkpoint. I was able to self-diagnose, determine how strong a dose of testosterone I received and which surgeries I wanted to pursue, no matter how extreme and no matter how many glaring red flags I purposefully dropped. The medical workers I met repeatedly reminded me that they were not there to act as "gatekeepers."

I was able to instantly change my medical records to reflect my new gender identity and pronouns. Despite never being diagnosed with gender dysphoria, I was able to obtain a prescription for testosterone and approval for a "gender-affirming" double mastectomy from my doctor. It took only three more months (90 days) to be approved for surgery to remove my uterus and have a fake penis constructed from the skin of my thigh or forearm. Therapy was never recommended.

Pro-Beijing groups financially backed by two China-linked billionaires are pushing the radical transgender movement as a means of advancing a Marxist agenda in the United States, seven-time New York Times bestselling author Peter Schweizer reveals in his new book Blood Money: Why the Powerful Turn a Blind Eye While China Kills Americans.

In Blood Money, Schweizer, who is a Breitbart News senior contributor and the president of the Government Accountability Institute, reveals China's multi-pronged, covert attack on America. In Chapter 6, called "Destabilizing Democracy," Schweizer explores how two billionaires, China-based American Neville Roy Singham and Alibaba co-founder Joseph Tsai, prop up radical activists groups that use transgenderism as a weapon against the "capitalist order."

"While enjoying his affluent life and connections in Beijing, Singham has poured more than $100 million into organizations driving the protest movement in the United States," Schweizer details. "According to the chief scientist at Thoughtworks, Martin Fowler, Singham sold the company so he could fund his 'activist work': radical pro--Communist Chinese causes."

Schweizer, citing tax records, found that Singham's largest financial commitment is to a New York project called The People's Forum. Two co-executives of The People's Forum, Claudia De La Cruz and Manolo De Los Santos, are members of the PSL (Party of Socialism and Liberation), whose leader once demanded that party members offer a "militant political defense of the Chinese government."

Schweizer points out how the PSL uses the trans movement, along with many other Marxist, grievance-based movements to push the dismantling of western values.

"One of the most divisive issues in America today is the debate over trans rights. Here, too, you see the hand of these Beijing-linked organizations and financiers," Schweizer writes. "For PSL, the trans movement has become a central part of the radical Marxist movement. 'The revolution will not be gender-conforming,' stated one article that examined the substantial number of trans members of the PSL."

"These pro-Beijing groups see the trans movement as a powerful force to advance their pro-Beijing agenda and push to further radicalize the movement," he continues:

"The unity of our movements terrifies them," they explain. Regarding attacks on the trans movement: "These are attacks that serve the interests of the capitalist class." Regarding linking black radical movements, the anti-police movement, and socialism: "The ability to link all of those things together is extremely, extremely dangerous to the capitalist order."
