Given that she her only demand was that the Democrats look into the question of "why are our children experiencing an epidemic of chronic disease now?," you have to wonder why they gave her a hard no and told her to run against them.
Maybe they're all getting rich off the chronic diseases. Who knows.
In the Dana Bash soft-focus puff piece chaparoned girldate, Kamala Harris refused to say why her positions were suddenly shifting. Harris just babbled, "My values haven't changed" repeatedly. Positions, yes (supposedly), "values" no.
What she means is that progressives shouldn't believe her when she claims her positions have changed, because her "values" never change. Ergo, neither do her positions.
Trump-Vance released an add about this, trying to tether Kamala Harris to the positions she has held all of her miserable career. Her values have not changed, you know.
This is the way, not crabbing about whether Kamala is "copying" Trump. She's not. She's lying.
