Update: Live feed of Gaza's skyline.

The Israelis are being Mostly Peaceful But Fiery. Good. I could stand a little more fieryness.

Not the Bee:

Doc_0/John Hayward writes that we aren't the colonizers -- we are the colonized.
John Hayward
@Doc_0

In the two decades since 9/11, we spent trillions of dollars and lost countless lives, without doing much to liberalize the Islamic world. On the other hand, we now have massive rallies in support of terrorist gangs in our cities.
John Hayward

It's similar to the way globalist "engagement" with China did nothing to liberalize Communism. If anything, it's become more autocratic and hostile to Enlightenment values. Instead, WE became more like THEM. We imported authoritarian ideas like their social credit system.

Part of the reason for these failures to win the clash of civilizations is that population movement only occurs in one direction. For all the bleating about "colonizers" from the radical Left, it's the Western world that has been colonized, as is painfully evident in Europe.

Culture spreads through believers. After the fall of the Soviet Union, Western thinkers got this idea that culture was spreading through commerce. They thought the Berlin Wall was pulverized by blue jeans and rock & roll.

There is some cultural transmission through commerce and communications, to be sure. Books, films, and music definitely spread ideas. The problem is that authoritarian regimes can contain that type of ideological contamination with censorship and violence.

If anything, authoritarianism has gotten BETTER at inoculating its captive people against invasive liberal ideas in the Information Age. The futurists of the 80s and 90s were so very, very wrong about that. The Internet is all about dams, not floods of information.

A far more durable method of spreading cultural ideas, tried and true across the span of centuries, is to simply move warm bodies across borders. This is especially true when vulnerable Western societies do not require, or even encourage, assimilation.

Our culture has essentially been rigged to self-destruct at the slightest contact with aggressive alien ideas. Academia has taught generations that our society is fundamentally corrupt, systemically racist, sick with evil since its very inception.

Oppression theology, carefully cultivated across decades by the hard Left and the old Soviet Union, posits that advanced capitalist Western societies are the ultimate racist oppressors. Everyone else is a victim, and therefore morally superior.

This is reflected in climate change hysteria, which is really just oppression theology converted into cold cash, lithium batteries, and solar panels. Climate change theology explicitly states the West is uniquely sinful, and everyone else gets a free pass.

No culture wracked by that much manufactured guilt and cultivated self-doubt is going to propagate itself, especially not within authoritarian societies with heavy strains of nationalism, theology, and religious extremism.

This is especially true because there has been no significant movement of Westerners into Islamic nations since 9/11. No warm bodies crossing borders and bearing ideas. The Western presence in places like Iraq and Afghanistan is treated like a disease to be quarantined.

The big population movements were all in the other direction, and they happened with astounding speed, driven by open-borders ideologues and well-financed organizations devoted to increasing Westward migration.

Could you imagine what migration in the other direction would even LOOK like? Millions of Americans or Europeans settling in other countries, demonstrating in their streets, exerting a gravitational pull on their politics? They'd be excoriated as "colonizers" if they tried it.

I saw someone on Twitter point out this picture of "Anti-Colonialist" protesters in Paris.

Who are the colonizers here? The French, who have been living in France for 3000 years, or the Muslims, who started arriving in the 1960s, and most of who came during the past ten years?

How far do they want to press this "decolonization" theory? Do they really think that anyone who's ever moved 100 miles from his place of birth is an evil colonizer and must be made to go back?

Answer carefully, Woke Colonizers.

It's definitely time to begin the decolonization of government, corporations, fake universities, and the country itself of violent, authoritarian, anti-human Marxism, Marxism being an invidious alien ideology transplanted to America. Decolonize all the violent revolutionaries and authoritarians and terrorists and enemies of freedom and free thought that have infiltrated all of our institutions.

An extremely graphic photo of Hamas' primitive, demonic savagery.

No more colonization.

I think that's actually real. LOL.

And I support it!

David Strom writes about Hamas' use of actual crisis actors.

Last week I linked a Paliwood actor praising Allah as rockets were fired towards Israel, and then crying like a bitch when Israel struck back.

It turns out he's a paid crisis actor who appears in a lot of Paliwood productions.

This is a good time to mention that the New York Times is still working hard to rehabilitate Hamas' disinformation about the hospital (parking lot) non-bombing.

Because Hamas is so trustworthy!

The footage has become a widely cited piece of evidence as Israeli and American officials have made the case that an errant Palestinian rocket malfunctioned in the sky, fell to the ground and caused a deadly explosion at Al-Ahli Arab hospital in Gaza City.

But a detailed visual analysis by The New York Times concludes that the video clip -- taken from an Al Jazeera television camera livestreaming on the night of Oct. 17 -- shows something else. The missile seen in the video is most likely not what caused the explosion at the hospital. It actually detonated in the sky roughly two miles away, The Times found, and is an unrelated aspect of the fighting that unfolded over the Israeli-Gaza border that night.

The Times's finding does not answer what actually did cause the Al-Ahli Arab hospital blast, or who is responsible. The contention by Israeli and American intelligence agencies that a failed Palestinian rocket launch is to blame remains plausible. But the Times analysis does cast doubt on one of the most-publicized pieces of evidence that Israeli officials have used to make their case and complicates the straightforward narrative they have put forth.

Oh, it detonated two miles away? Well there's no possible way the warhead of a rocket flying at hundreds of miles an hour, several miles above the ground, could possibly land two miles away.

It's just not possible. New York Times "experts" have decided!!!

A Hamas spokesman pushes absurd propaganda that they did not target civilians and children on 10/7. Unbelievably, the BBC actually pushes back against this extremist disinformation, resulting in yet another Flower of Islam showing what a gay pussy he is. He says "I want to stop this interview" and then flounces as if he just remembered he forgot to turn off the cock-oven and and his dick-souflé is burning.

Ed Morrissey's post includes a truly repulsive witness account from an oral surgeon in Israel who was brought in to help identify the bodies.

Content warning. This is pure demonic evil.

I dont know the numbers, but I mean, I was walking out of the night shift. I started Saturday night, Saturday at midnight between Saturday and Sunday. I started my shifts, which were 12 hours each one. And I finished my shift. I was walking out as they were, as people said, "There's a truck coming with 150 bodies. Half of them are kids." So, you know, we didn't we worked in five separate rooms or seven separate rooms.

So I don't really know exactly how many kids, but I've seen babies that were beheaded. I've seen babies that were, that their eyes were taken out. I've seen mothers that they opened their stomach and tore their, torn out from a pregnant woman, tore the baby out from the womb. So, you know, I don't understand how there is even any question about it. I've seen it with my eyes. People were burnt. People were, their limbs, the children, their limbs were cut off.

Not another penny of aid. If they starve, they starve. It's not the world's job to make sure that this nation of welfare addicts eats. Maybe they could try actually working to improve their status instead of scheming of new and disgusting ways to commit murder and rape.

We must turn our backs on them, forever.

He now says that's "in the past, man" and he won't be addressing his criminal obstruction of an official proceeding of Congress.

From colleague Tyler Olson. Dem NY Rep Bowman when asked about fire alarm video where it doesn't look like he's trying to exit the building. Bowman: "That's in the past man. I'm not talking about that anymore. Let's talk about moving forward."

It's in the past, guys.

And yet it's still in the present and future for the J6ers in DC's gulags. Why is that?
