With the world on fire with war and slaughter, the State Department focuses on what really matters: "Intersex Awareness Day."

"Today in celebration and recognition of Intersex Awareness Day, we affirm the United States' commitment to promoting and protecting the human rights of Intersex persons globally," State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said in a statement. "As President Biden stated in his 2021 Memorandum on Advancing the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Persons Around the World, it is the policy of the United States to pursue an end to violence and discrimination on the bases of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and sex characteristics.

"Intersex persons often face stigma and discrimination in accessing education, healthcare, and legal recognition, and are subjected to medically unnecessary surgeries," he continued. "These harmful practices, which can cause lifelong negative physical and emotional consequences, are a medical form of so-called conversion therapy practices in that they seek to physically "convert" Intersex children into non-Intersex children. We applaud all activists, organizations and governments working to raise visibility and protect Intersex persons' rights to bodily integrity and to ensure equal protection and recognition before the law."

Jamaal Bowman pleads guilty to pulling the fire alarm in Congress. This is not a strict liability crime; if his defense, that he was "confused," were true, there would be no case against him.

New York Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman pleaded guilty Thursday morning to falsely pulling a fire alarm in a Capitol Hill office building last month ahead of a key House vote.

The congressman was charged by police Wednesday with the misdemeanor offense, to which he pled guilty.

Bowman appeared in D.C. Superior Court for his arraignment, according to The Hill newspaper.

He will to pay a $1,000 fine and write an apology to the Capitol Police, under his agreement with prosecutors.

You're apologizing for what you claim was a completely-accidental accident?

Lying rat.

The poser flake manlet Vivek knocks DeSantis for deactivating terrorist groups in the Florida university system. Vivek claims it's a matter of free speech. But as I mentioned yesterday, it is illegal by Florida law "to provide material support to a terrorist organization," and Hamas is a designated terrorist organization. Furthermore, the groups take special care to say that they do not merely "support" Hamas, which would be more of a free speech issue, but that each member must be "PART" of Hamas. I think they write that in all-caps, too.

Being part of a terrorist organization is, obviously -- and legally, I should say, as the law is not always obvious -- providing material support to a terrorist organization.

If they want to argue that they wuz just funnin' when they said that membership in the groups made them "PART" of the terrorist group Hamas, they can argue that in court, but until then -- being part of a terrorist group is banned by Florida law, Vivek.

I hope I'm not engaging in "Cancel Culture" when I say that stated membership in a terrorist group is not a free speech issue.

But what do you expect from a dipshit TechBro WEF plant? Vivek's "solutions" to every question are just made-for-Twitter catchphrases. The guy's got all the depth of a pixel. If I wanted a doctrinaire hippie Lifestyle Libertarian for a candidate, I could find a deeper thinker. Maybe Goth Fonzie from Reason Magazine. He's got a cool leather jacket, at least.

Maybe you should run for President of High Times Magazine, Vivek. That seems more your speed.

J.D. Vance's amendment to stop federal mask mandates has passed in the senate.

But I think I'm being okey-doked -- because this amendment only forbids the using of funds to enforce mask mandates to fight covid-19, specifically.

We all know that Anthony Fauci's buddies in Wuhan are brewing up the next plague.

The authoritarians in government will of course impose mandates for that.

Part of U.S. Sen. J.D. Vance's plan to stop federal mask mandates passed the Senate on Wednesday afternoon.

Vance, R-Ohio, attached an amendment that would ban federal mask mandates on public transit to the Senate minibus bill. The amendment cleared the Senate by a 59-38 vote.

"This is a massive victory for personal freedom in this country," Vance said. "We saw countless abuses of authority throughout the COVID pandemic, and the American people were justifiably enraged by unscientific mask mandates. Today, the United States Senate took an emphatic step toward common sense and individual liberty. I'm proud of what we've accomplished here and look forward to continuing the fight."

The amendment prohibits the U.S. Department of Transportation from using federal funds to enforce mask mandates in response to the COVID-19 virus through the current fiscal year.

Eh, the amendment just blocks funding this year, so I guess covid is the only virus that is likely to be used by the government for mandates. Unless Fauci's friends are really working quickly.

At NYU, students -- real scholars, I'm sure -- are toting placards demanding that we keep the world "clean" of Israel. Which is pretty much straight from Hitler's playbook.

I'm pretty sure that Jake Tapper is going to attack white Republicans for that.

I don't even know what to say.

The Students for Justice for Palestine at Stanford University, along with a couple of other student groups, have sent a letter to the administration demanding that the school "acknowledge and condemn Israel's ongoing siege on Gaza as an international war crime." The war crime was sending armed paragliders into Israel to slaughter innocent civilians.

Better yet, the students DEMAND "24/7 counseling by specialists in trauma-related mental support for refugees and immigrant students affected by the ongoing genocide in Gaza and confrontations with military-occupation abuse." Of course, they demand a safe space and counseling -- Standford better find those specialists in trauma-related mental support for refugees.

We like Gov. Ron DeSantis' plan better -- take any foreign national here on a student visa and deport them if they attend pro-Hamas rallies.

...
Students want to school to buy them a round-trip ticket to Palestine so they can grieve properly. How is this possibly the financial obligation of the school?

Stanford Palestinian activists have released their List of Demands and it includes some amazing stuff

"Full round trip covered by University upon the signing of a ceasefire for students to visit their family and friends and grieve properly."

Upon the signing of a ceasefire...

"Stanford establishes an investigative committee to correct the directives, faculty, and research initiatives contributing to subjugation of Palestinian people."

Stanford is not going to agree to a single one of these demands

We have our own list of demands:

  1. Get the fuck out of our country and take your poverty, ignorance, backwardness, violence, savagery, terrorism, and misery with you.

I guess it's not really a list. Just the one thing will do.

Ryna Workman is tearing down posters about kidnapped Jewish children, after she was outed as a Hamas sympathizer.

It's the seventh Cankleversary of this tweet. Make sure you congratulate this future president!!!

Democrats are attacking Speaker Johnson as an election denier so it's time once again for 24 straight minutes of Democrats denying every single election Republicans won, starting in 2000 and going through 2016. We start off with the bitter drunken sow Hillary Clinton.
