NBC News: "Vice President Kamala Harris' net-negative rating (-17) is the lowest for any vice president in the poll's history."

No one is surprised to hear that Kamala goes down on a lot of polls.

DeSantis: I can win the nomination because, unlike some "candidates," I'm actually running for the nomination and not just to be vice president or a Fox contributor.

"We can do it; we'll do it," DeSantis told a town hall in North Augusta, South Carolina, on Thursday. "The only reason I'm running is to win and deliver on these promises. That's the only reason."

DeSantis suggested the crowded field challenging Trump might not be there to truly run for president.

"I'm not trying to get my name out there," DeSantis continued. "I don't want to get some contributorship with one of these media outlets. I don't care about any of that. We're running to win and deliver.

"That's the only reason to run, and I feel compelled to do it."

DeSantis did not mention GOP candidates potentially jockeying for vice president, but he did warn of the danger of President Joe Biden, 80, getting reelected and having to hand the White House baton off to his running mate Vice President Kamala Harris.

"If we muff this one and Biden gets in again, heck, you may end up with Kamala as president even," DeSantis warned.

Blackrock's ESG King Larry Fink: I want to be the political kingmaker in this country but I don't want people talking about me being the political kingmaker in this country.

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink said he's no longer using the term "ESG" (environment, social and governance) because it is being politically "weaponized" and he's "ashamed" to be part of the debate on the issue.

Why it matters: How the world's largest asset manager frames its investment approach is a leading indicator for the market. BlackRock manages $9.2 trillion.

What we're watching: Fink's latest statement is sure to generate plenty of controversy.

The backstory: BlackRock's bullish outlook on responsible environmental, social and governance investing is being blasted by conservatives as "woke capitalism" and has drawn boycotts from Florida and Texas.

Fink has been a major proponent of factoring in climate change risks to investing strategies and corporate leadership.

What's new: In a conversation at the Aspen Ideas Festival on Sunday, Fink acknowledged that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' decision to pull $2 billion in assets hurt his firm in 2022, but made clear last year was his company's best with net flows of $200 billion from U.S. clients.

What he's saying: "I'm ashamed of being part of this conversation," Fink said.

"When I write these [investment] letters, it was never meant to be a political statement. ... They were written to identify longterm issues to our longterm investors," he told the crowd.

In more Woke Fake Capitalism News: Starbucks' union protested at various franchise locations, alleging that their precious "pride" Shame signage had been taken down.

Dozens of Starbucks U.S. locations were picketed on Sunday over allegations by the baristas' union that managers at several stores removed Pride flags and decor. On Friday, the union announced the strike, which is purported to be joined by 3,000 workers at over 150 Starbucks over the next week, making it the largest national strike against Starbucks ever staged.

Near the route of the city's Pride parade, workers picketed outside a lower Manhattan, New York store on Sunday, chanting, "New York is a union town! On Strike! Shut it down!" Several customers refused to cross the picket line to patronize the establishment. Maggie McKeon, a would-be customer heading into the location, decided to turn around after hearing about the strike, saying: "If people are going to be affected by this, then I'm with them, not the company."

Boy I sure hope nothing bad happens to Starbucks. Or to Starbucks' "barrista union."

That would be terrible!

Children intermingled with adult perverts at a "clothing optional" nudist "pride" event in Sodom on the Hudson.

The purported "clothing-optional" event ignited a firestorm of criticism online.

"Sex and sexuality is something that should happen in private. Everyone understands this except for the 'queer' movement which wants to be explicitly sexual in public where children can see them, and then cry about 'oppression' when people don't like it," tweeted Matt Anwar, New York Young Republican Club Finance Chair.

"Anything to do with kids and 'clothing optional' is vile. You are not on an adult only cruise ship, you are in the middle of a city. If you attended this and thought it was 'ok'... we can't be friends," tweeted political commentary group LGB (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual).

"This is why there is so much push back against celebrating Pride. It's not a mystery. Libertarians supported equal rights long before Biden & clan. But not for this," tweeted political commentary profile Being Libertarian.

At least some gays see this train about to run off the cliff and are speaking out against Militarized Degeneracy.

But many who demand tolerance offer NONE in return:

In this clip, a pro-woman activist wades into a "pride" rally with a sign supporting women's rights, and the gay mob attacks her. Apparently leftists are defending this attack by claiming the woman wanted to be punched, and the bloodthirsty mob just did her the favor of punching her.

Should we all take that attitude with people holding signs we don't like? Asking for about 100 million friends.

Karen Townsend points out that RFK, Jr. is none-too-subtly contrasting his level of health and vitality with Biden's, and inviting a GAINZZZ debate.
