Taxpayer funds? More like ass-slayer funds, am i rite
I am right. I'm exactly right.
Bank records show that special prosecutor Nathan Wade purchased airline tickets in his and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' name for trips to San Francisco and Miami, according to a court motion filed Friday.
The filing was made on behalf of Joycelyn Wade in her divorce case with Nathan Wade in Cobb County Superior Court. Credit card statements in the filing appear to bolster allegations of a romantic relationship between Nathan Wade and Willis. The trips took place in 2022 and 2023, after Willis had hired Wade as special prosecutor in the probe of election subversion by Donald Trump and his allies.
A spokesman for Willis did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
She's booking an appearance in a black church as we speak.
Joycelyn Wade's attorneys attached to the filing records from Nathan Wade's Capital One bank account. It showed that he purchased $817.80 tickets for himself and Willis on April 25, 2023 to fly to San Francisco. Records show subsequent purchases at the DoubleTree hotel in Napa Valley. There were also purchases of $477.21 plane tickets in both their names to Miami on Oct. 5, 2022. Clara Bowman, who is believed to be Wade's mother, accompanied them, records showed. Accompanying purchases from Royal Caribbean Cruises totaled more than $2,600.
The day after booking flights to Miami and the Royal Carribean cruise, Wade spent approximately $3,800 with Vacation Express, a company that offers vacation packages and tours, the records show.
The tickets do not show whether Wade and Willis stayed in the same room.
Imma go ahead and say they did.
This is hilarious. Hilarious.
She cannot remain as the DA on this case, and Darrius "Sweedick" Honeycum, Esq., cannot remain the prosecutor. They have a vested interest in milking this prosecution, as they're profiting from it. Prosecutors are not permitted to have a direct stake in the outcome of a case, or in the case merely continuing.
Fani Willis does have such an interest. She is paying her Fuckboy with taxpayer funds, and these funds are even being kicked back to her in the form of sexpensive sexcapades. Who knows -- he's much more attractive than her dumpy ass is, so her entire relationship may demand that she keep paying him to keep him servicing her haggard gnarly snizz.
She's gone. Gone. There is no question now.
I quoted parts of Fani Willis' motion but I didn't emphasize one of the most startling, partisan claims in it: She claims that the woman whose husband she stole with her dirty sloppy vag is actually conspiring with Donald Trump to humiliate her and derail her great prosecution.
Jonathan Turley thinks that this hard-partisan motion sinks Willis, just in itself.
In a surprising filing, Fulton County's district attorney Fani Willis has accused the estranged wife of her alleged lover of conspiring to undermine the Trump prosecution by seeking her deposition in the messy divorce case of Nathan Wade. Willis, again, does not deny having an affair with Wade, who she appointed lead prosecutor in the case. Instead, she accuses Joycelyn Wade of an affair that broke up the marriage and suggests that she is coordinating with Trump forces to interfere with the prosecution.
Willis is accused of major ethical violations in appointing her alleged lover to the position as she went on lavish vacations with him. She previously denounced those raising obvious ethical concerns as being racist due to the fact that both Willis and Wade are black. She did not, however, deny the intimate relationship or the allegation that Wade paid for her vacation expenses.
...
Willis' counsel Cinque Axam then added that Joycelyn Wade "has conspired with interested parties in the criminal election interference case to use the civil discovery process to annoy, embarrass and oppress District Attorney Willis."
...
[I]t is not a smart move. The level of animus and vexatious language in the filing only magnifies the concern over the Willis-Wade relationship. By attacking the estranged wife of her alleged lover, Willis only increases concerns over the professional separation between Willis and Wade in making decisions in the case.
Accusing the estranged wife of your alleged lover of being a political conspirator is about as compelling as accusing people raising ethical concerns of being virulent racists.
For example, if Wade were to exceed his authority or act unprofessionally in the case, Willis would be forced to take action against not only an alleged lover but someone she has had to defend as the ideal choice for the position. Their personal relationship would presumably weigh in the balance in any supervisory review or decision.
Another conflict of interest.
Likewise, if Willis was taken on vacations by Wade and their relationship is continuing, the termination of his contract could have an economic impact on Willis.
Well we have that too. We've got a full house of conflict of interests, King high.
This does not mean the case goes away. A non-conflicted attorney will be appointed to oversee the case by the judge.
But that attorney may have a different take on whether this nonsense RICO action is nonsense.
Further, it will take time for a new team to get up to speed in the case. So, at the very least, this will delay this trial for months. And once it's delayed for months, it will probably have to be delayed until after the election.
That in itself doesn't get Trump off. He can't pardon himself from state charges. But he benefits from putting this off as long as possible.
