Delusional leftwing white women -- that's redundant; I can just say "leftwing white women" -- continue to show that they know zero conservatives and read zero right-of-center publications by continuing to insist that we all "regret" our votes for Trump and are now all saying "the left was right about Trump."
But one AWFL takes this delusion a step further. She says that we conservatives are not allowed to complain about Trump -- not, at least, until we all publicly apologize to the left for our enabling of this unprecedented monster who tells us exactly what he's going to do and then, unaccountably, actually does it!
Do you get how sick and twisted this delusion is, building upon prior delusions? She's not satisfied with the first delusion, that we all regret our vote and know now that the left was right along. No, she takes that a step further and says that we're not even allowed to regret our vote until we make a public declaration of shame, and our public declaration is approved by the AWFLs.
Meanwhile, as Cecil points out, this is us on the right every single morning:
This obviously mentally-healthy woman tell us that it's too late for us to apologize. And she believes the "Leaving MAGA" trend is real, and not just something she and her fellow bored pillpopping leftwing housewives made up.
I don't understand the left's delusion on this point. The best theory I can come up with is that they're saying, "We told you Trump would do this but you wouldn't listen! Now you see!"
Except it wasn't just telling us Trump would do this -- it was Trump himself. We were listening to Trump tell us what he was going to do, and saying "Yes, that sounds excellent."
My primary reservation about Trump was that he said he'd drain the swamp in the first term but then didn't. This was always my problem with Trump's second run -- if he didn't do the first time, why would I think he would the second time?
Well, that reservation was misplaced because he is in fact doing the things he said he would do.
They don't seem to grasp that the only reluctance some of us had to a second Trump term is that he wouldn't do the things he promised, not that he would.
So jumping up and down and shrieking "We told you Trump would gut USAID and now he's doing it but you didn't listen!" doesn't cause us "regret." It causes us either pride, for those who believed he would carry through on his promises in the second term, and great reassurance and relief, for those of us who doubted he would.
They're so far up their own assholes, so deep in the MSNBC bubble, it's as if they never heard, not once in their whole stupid, ill-educated lives, that conservatives care an awful lot about cutting the wasteful and even the not-entirely-wasteful spending of the federal government and reducing government's ambition, power, and bossiness over its citizens.
They are so deluded they think we share in their religious-cultist desire for a God Government, a government that attempts to fill the spiritual needs of its citizens by becoming a de facto false god. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them we reject their fake God Government, they still insist that's what we really want and we all "regret" Trump's Revolt Against God-Government.
They are so stupid and mentally-ill I just don't even know how we're going to get through this. Thirty percent of the country is effectively insane and mentally retarded. These people are not capable of caring for themselves. I strongly suspect that almost all of them are "employed" doing DEI make-work fake jobs that they will just become wards of the state when Trump finishes cutting government spending.
Some delusional lefties are warning us that it won't just be Democrats who are discovered to be on the take from fedgov -- it will be some Republicans too.
Who wants to tell them?

To those of you congress people screeching about "Republicans will be found out too"...
We know. We also have a good idea who they are. We don't care. Everyone misappropriating public funds needs to be exposed. We're tired of being nothing more than a source of your riches.
Sean Davis is certainly regretful:

For decades, the controlled opposition right droned on and on about ideas this and power of arguments that and look how nobly we lose and blah blah blah.
Meanwhile, Democrats were robbing America blind, rigging elections, running coups, starting corrupt wars so their friends could get rich, chopping off kids genitals, and throwing their political enemies in prison like it was nothing.
Watching Trump come in and immediately crush the entire left-wing money and power structure without a second thought is cathartic in ways I can't even begin to describe.
Some more mentally ill AWFLs, and one Democrat representative AWFL who identifies as a "man."
This first one has her AWFL White Savior Complex on lock:
These two are living embodiments of Dunning-Krueger. Not only is it just cringe to pretend that black women are some kind of angels sent by God to guide us, but these AWFLs think 1, they can actually sing, and 2, that it's clever to just take "When the Saints Come Marching In" and change a few words.
More dumb-as-bricks white women say we should "trust black women," but then their NPC CPUs overheat when they're asked if we should trust the millions of black women who voted for Donald Trump. They seem to say that black women who don't vote the right men have poor judgment and are stupid, but then say, "We're not saying that." No, just implying it.
In case the community note doesn't display: Barack Obama and Joe Biden and just about every politician in DC attends the National Prayer Breakfast. If this is a violation of the separation of church and state, we've been violating it for 250 years.
But whatever, he's a lefty and he believes, therefore, that every stupid idea that drives into his pea-brain is smart.
