Joe Biden actually released this picture on his new Twitter timeline (@joebiden). Or, you know, had one of the "young people" (age: 54) post it for him.
This is real.
I guess he's trying to make a joke about his age and suggest it's no big deal.
But instead, he illustrates how bey old he is. This is like one of those analogies where they go, "A billion dollars, in one dollar bills, stacked one on top of the other would be as tall as Mount Everest" or whatever.
Joe Biden is so old that if you put one candle on a cake for every age he has been alive and set them all on fire, the light bloom from the ensuing conflagration would blow out the light sensors in a digital camera.
That's not a joke, I mean that literally. That's what actually happened when Biden ignited the Candle Bonfire on his cake.
Blow out the candles? More like blow out the contrast amirite
