NextImg:Israel War

Lebanon and Hezbollah will most likely be Israel's second front in this war, and it will be even nastier than Gaza. Luckily southern Lebanon doesn't have Gaza's population density, but Hezbollah has more rockets, and has had even more time to prepare the battle space. They claim to have 100,000 terrorist fighters, although saner estimates suggest that it is more like 20,000-40,000. They have been trained and supplied by Iran's IRGC, with more than 150,000 rockets, drones, and missiles of various sophistication, and significant numbers of anti-tank weapons. They also have some air defense capability, which complicates Israel's planning.

Drone and missile attack in northern Israel: 14 soldiers wounded, 4 civilians

Hezbollah is Iran's attack dog in the north, and has kept the Lebanese border simmering. Whether they launch significant attacks is going to be the big question, especially if Israel responds to Iran's recent missile attacks.

But Israel cannot allow a huge terrorist presence to remain on its borders if they are serious about "Never Again." Hezbollah should be next.

US approves Rafah op. in exchange for no Israeli counterstrikes on Iran - report

Yeah..."report" is usually nonsense, but who knows. Rafah is a vital target. Without it being controlled by the IDF, Hamas will regroup and return to their savage ways.

As galling as it is for the Biden junta to attempt to control Israel's military response to both the October 7th pogrom and the Iranian attack, it might be politically advantageous...for the time being...to refrain from any overt attacks on Iran. Covert is another story, and as I have said before; Israel should ramp that up.

Except...Israel unlikely to retaliate against Iran until after Passover - report

Left-wing journalist: If the Right wins, we won't accept the results of the elections

In an interview with Galei Israel radio, the host asked Edelist, "Let's say we hold elections today, the Right wins and forms a government. Will you accept the decision of the public, or will you go out again to burn the streets?"

Edelist responded, "No, we certainly won't accept [that]. We will certainly continue with the same protest, as we are doing now. There's no argument about that now."

The left in Israel is every bit as evil as the left anywhere else. They care not a whit about the security of the state of Israel, and are willing to embrace any ally of convenience in their naked pursuit of power.

Sound familiar?
