NextImg:Israel Releases Video of Hamas Terrorists Roughly Moving Hostages Through Their Hidden-Fortress Hospital

Video of hostages being moved through the hospital here.

Despite the video evidence, the Enemy of the People Terrorist Media continues denying that Shifa Hospital is really a Hamas terror base.

The Times of Israel:

The Israel Defense Forces on Sunday released surveillance camera footage from Shifa Hospital showing Hamas terrorists bringing a Nepali and Thai citizen who were abducted from Israel on October 7 to the medical center in Gaza City, and accused the Palestinian terror organization of murdering a kidnapped Israeli soldier there.

It also shared new footage of the underground network of tunnels and bunkers it says is buried under the hospital, as Israeli forces continue to operate in and around the facility. The army says Hamas uses Shifa and other hospitals as protection for its terror activity, and has specifically singled out Shifa as a key underground operations center for the group. ...

In the footage published Sunday by the military, one of the hostages is visibly wounded in his arm and is brought in on a hospital bed, while the second is forcefully dragged into the hospital on his feet.

"These findings prove that the Hamas terror organization used Shifa Hospital on the day of the massacre itself as terror infrastructure," the IDF said.

The media immediately moved into claiming that the hostages were brought to Shifa just for medical care -- but this ignores the fact that there are five hospitals on the way to Shifa they could have brought the hostages to.

Israel continues mapping the terrorists tunnels connecting Shifa with other terror bases. The underground system of terror transit is dubbed "the Gaza Metro."

Israel, having invaded Gaza, is finally in a position to use seismic probes to map out the entire terror tunnel system.

According to sources, Hamas' tunnels under Gaza extend "a few dozen miles." Other sources believe these tunnels extend hundreds of miles and rival the underground of a major European city. This has caused some commentators to refer to Hama's tunnels as the "Gaza metro."

Commentators suggest the tunnels give Hamas an asymmetric advantage. The noted publication Foreign Affairs, states that only "[b]ulldozers can be used to expose tunnels during a ground operation. Drones, robots, or dogs can help clear tunnels. There might be a need to enter the tunnels to rescue hostages, as a measure of last resort. ... This is how most states have eliminated subterranean threats in the past, and this is what Israel should do, as well." (November 9, 2023, "Israel Must Destroy Hama's Tunnels, Demolishing the Groups Infrastructure Is More Important Than Eliminating Its Leaders"). In short, according to Foreign Affairs, only personnel on the ground can locate and destroy Hama's tunnels. Of course, Israeli personnel searching open ground to locate the entrances to the tunnels would be exposed to attack.

Currently used seismic equipment could locate tunnels using a system of geophones and pulse generators. However, personnel placing the geophone data acquisition equipment on the surface would be exposed to small arms fire and potential capture. The need to potentially expose personnel to attack while emplacing geophones would seem to defeat use of this well-understood technology that could readily and accurately locate Hama's tunnels.

Meanwhile, CNN's Christiane Amanapour continues pretending Hamas is a reliable source.

Newsbusters caught her blowing off an objection to the fact that her Hamas terror allies routinely lie about casualty counts as a vital part of their war effort:

REGEV: ...But it has to be understood, first of all, the numbers coming out of Gaza concerning casualties are provided by Hamas. There's no other independent verification for those numbers. And so, we have to presume they're exaggerated. And secondly, they give you no differentiation between of the people who have been fatalities, whether they were Hamas terrorists, and it's good that they were killed if they were, and between civilians caught up in the crossfire. And no one can give you at CNN data that is more precise.

AMANPOUR: Yes. But, Mark --

REGEV: And so, we're all -- the numbers that people are talking about of the Hamas numbers.

AMANPOUR: Mark, whatever the numbers are, and in history, nobody's questioned these numbers, in all the previous -- and the Hamas was always in charge, all the previous operations, nobody questioned their numbers, and we have seen half of these people or -- well, up to half, nearly, four-plus thousand are children, all the authorities are saying that.

REGEV: That's Hamas's numbers though.

One doesn't have to go back far at all to see Hamas exaggerating and straight-up lying about casualties -- such as the purported 500 deaths in a Gaza hospital after a supposed Israel airstrike that didn't happen. But Amanpour didn't care about the facts:

Well, we've seen the pictures, Okay. And we did this last week together. We've seen the pictures, and it is causing huge unrest and disquiet amongst your closest friends, not to mention in Gaza and amongst the Palestinians and the Arab Street....

Amanpour then challenged Israeli intelligence about a Hamas command center underneath hospitals in Gaza. "You keep saying that there is a Hamas bunker, command center, tunnels underneath these hospitals. So, it's fair to ask, based on what intelligence? Can you tell us why and how you know that?," she chided. A few days later, the Israeli Defense Forces released a video of spokesman Jonathan Conricus playing the role of tour guide as he showed off the weapons hidden in just a few rooms of Al Shifa's radiology wing.
