So Jordan will be issuing a subpoena to the lunatic Stanky Janky. This is supposed to make you say, "Yay, Jim Jordan's really gonna get the bad guys!"

BREAKING: @Weaponization Committee Chair @Jim_Jordan subpoenas Nina Jankowicz and compels her to appear for a deposition relating to Joe Biden failed "Disinformation Governance Board."

Before you get excited: Don't. Jim Jordan is carefully stage-managing another production of the GOPe's favorite play, Failure Theater.

Here's the truth: The committee has one of the smallest conceivable budgets and Jordan has only hired five people to interview witnesses and vet documents and prepare subpoenas and... everything.

A pitiful $2 million budget -- and only five staffers to go through any material they do manage to force the Biden Administration to cough up. Or to fact-check the claims of any witnesses.

Jim Jordan brags that he's talking to some whistleblowers -- whistleblowers who do not want to come forward. He threatens that he might just subpoena them and force them to testify, against their will.

Let me suggest that some whistleblowers are balking at appearing, because this appears to be a joke and cover-up to them, and they won't put their careers and family's futures at risk just so Jim Jordan can stage another performance of Failure Theater.

In the video below, he says this appears like just More Lies from The Regime. As he puts it, this is a hearing which is not intended to actually produce any results -- just to provide a forum for camera-chasing Congressmen to accuse people of corruption without actually digging up the proof of that corruption and inflicting real consequences on these agencies.

As he says, this committee does not exist to actually bring a reckoning to these agencies, but instead to Con the Rubes into thinking that Big Jim Jordan is a Real American Hero who Wants to Get the Bad Guys.

When in fact all he wants to do is stage another meaningless, victoryless hearing and then go on Hannity and fulminate about how outraged he is that the Bad Guys escaped justice yet again. Even though he's deliberately allowing them to escape.

Lee Smith and Davis agree -- all conservatives knew we couldn't get anything done legislatively with Biden occupying the White House, but the one thing we were promised that Republicans could do is gain the power of subpoena and force accountability on the criminal regime which has seized control of our government.

What happens, they both wonder, in 2024, when conservatives realize they've been lied to yet again?

How many times does the GOPe think it can lie to us and then tell us to make sure we all get out to vote because Voting Is Super-Important? Do they not realize that at some point -- and for some of us, that point might have already been reached -- we all collectively decide that voting is not important, that the Uniparty will have its way with us whether its the Red Team nominally in power or the Blue Team, and our only real hope for deliverance is for the whole system to just come crashing down?

And that maybe Voting Blue No Matter What You Do is the fastest way to achieve that?
