But David Weiss did a thorough investigation of the three crimes Merrick Garland allowed him to investigate, so let's sweep this under the rug.
EXCLUSIVE: Banky panky! Hunter Biden gave his passport details and income statements to Burisma executives to set up ACCOUNT with a 'corrupt' foreign bank that was shut down for breaking money laundering rules
Ukrainian gas firm Burisma worked with Hunter Biden to set up an account in Malta at Satabank, emails from the First Son's laptop reveal
Satabank was shut down in 2018 after an investigation found 'gross deficiencies' in its adherence to the country's anti-laundering and terror financing laws
Emails show Hunter gave income statements, passport details and utility bills to a Burisma executive to set up an account at the now-defunct bank in 2016

Hunter Biden and his Ukrainian gas firm employer were involved in setting up an account with a foreign bank that was shut down after a money laundering investigation.
Burisma, the allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm that hired the President's son in 2014, set up an account with him in Malta at a bank that later closed following a financial crimes probe, bombshell emails show.
The revelation that the First Son and Burisma are linked to a bank accused of flouting money laundering rules, comes after claims made by a longstanding FBI informant revealed this month by lawmakers, that Burisma's owner sent $10 million to Hunter and his father using a complex web of offshore transactions.
Emails obtained from Hunter Biden's laptop show he gave income statements, passport details and even utility bills to Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi to set up an account at the now-defunct SataBank in Malta in 2016.
Hunter was asked to provide 'a certified declaration of source wealth', notarize them with a lawyer, and send them to the owner of an auction house in Malta.
The auctioneer, Pierre Pillow, and his company PGP Trading Limited, were charged in 2020 with laundering 'millions of euro'.
Maltese prosecutors said they were tipped off by an allegedly suspicious transaction over the sale of a disassembled oil rig involving Burisma.

In 2014, Zlochevsky and Burisma were the targets of a financial crime investigation by the UK's Serious Fraud Office, with help from US authorities. The case was closed without charges.
They will claim that the case being closed without charges somehow clears them -- while ignoring the fact that Zlochevsky and Burisma were paying millions to Hunter Biden and Joe Biden to influence these governments to drop charges.

Republican Senator Ron Johnson, who led an investigation into the Biden family with colleague Chuck Grassley for four years, said the FBI had serious questions to answer.
'No one should find this latest revelation surprising,' he told DailyMail.com.
'The Bidens knew exactly the type of people they needed to deal with - alleged money launderers like Patrick Ho, Mykola Zlochevsky, and now, allegedly, Mr. Pillow. The question now is what did the FBI know, when did they know it, and what did they do about it?'
Update on the Democrat US Attorney giving Hunter Biden no time at all for lying on his gun purchase form:
Mother of 6-year-old who shot teacher pleads guilty to using marijuana while having a firearm

The mother of a 6-year-old boy who shot his teacher in Virginia pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to using marijuana while possessing a firearm, which is illegal under U.S. law.
The federal crime is facing increasing scrutiny as more states legalize the drug. But federal prosecutors in Virginia said Monday that such laws protect communities.
Deja Taylor is accused of lying about her marijuana use on a form when she bought the gun, which her son later used to shoot Abby Zwerner in her classroom in Newport News. The first-grade teacher was seriously wounded and has endured multiple surgeries.
Taylor's attorneys agreed to a negotiated plea agreement with prosecutors that calls for a sentence of 18 months to 24 months in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 18.

Senators are ripping the two-tiered "justice" of The Regime fronted by the demented puppet Biden.
"So Hunter Biden gets a special plea deal, slap on the wrist -- probably won't do a day of time -- while DOJ charges Trump as a spy and tries to put him in prison forever," Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) tweeted Tuesday morning. "Two standards of 'justice.'"
Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), who announced last week he would put a hold on all DOJ nominees in protest of what he called the "unprecedented political prosecution" of Trump, lambasted the Biden deal as evidence of the politicization of the department.
"Any other American would have the book thrown at them," Vance wrote on Twitter. "The president's son gets a slap on the wrist. This is exhibit 1,402 for why I'm holding Biden's DOJ nominees. We have a two-tiered justice system in our country. It's a disgrace."
"A slap on the wrist for Hunter Biden while 'The Big Guy' continues to hunt down his top political opponent," Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) said of the plea agreement, making similar reference to the federal Trump indictment. "This doesn't show equal justice. It's a mockery of our legal system by a family that has no respect for our laws."
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), who led a Senate investigation into the Biden family business dealings, tweeted: "A sham investigation within our multi-tiered justice system produces the predictable result: Hunter gets off with a light slap on the wrist, and the public will not learn the truth. When POTUS lied and said Hunter 'has done nothing wrong,' what he really meant to say was: 'Hunter will never be held accountable for his actions.'"
"Today's announcement that Hunter will plead guilty to low-level charges will further reduce confidence in federal law enforcement," he added.
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) vowed action from her side of the aisle on the matter, saying in a statement: "It's no coincidence that less than a week after President Trump is arraigned, Hunter Biden is pleading guilty to a sweetheart deal with no jail time. The DOJ is going for the low-hanging fruit by charging Hunter Biden with a gun felony and two tax misdemeanors, after years of slow walking their investigation."
No sweetheart plea deals for Joe Biden's and Merrick Garland's political enemies!

DOJ is violating its own internal policies on this case. The Ashcroft Memo requires they charge the "highest provable offense" and seek consistent sentences with other cases brought by DOJ. This prosecution is an absolute laughable joke. Thousands have been sent to prison for long terms for the same charges.
