NextImg:Ellen Page Declares She Survived a Transphobic Attack; A Dangerous, Unnamed Person Walked Up to Her and Said, And I'm Quoting, "I'm Going to Gay-Bash You, F****t"

Jussie Smollett just wrote me an email saying, "SEE?! SEE?! That sh1t's exactly what happened to me, too!"

Actor Elliot Page has shared he was verbally attacked and threatened by a crazed transphobic man -- who shouted that he was the reason "I need a gun" in Los Angeles last year.

This is the Murdoch-owned New York Post, so of course they will be pretending that Ellen Page is "Elliot" and referring to her as "him."

They will also report this Jussie-Smollet-level hoax as if it's just the worst thing to have ever happened to anyone.

Page, 36, was standing on a corner in West Hollywood on his way to the Pink Dot convenience store when the enraged and hateful stranger approached him, shouting obscenities, according to the Los Angeles Times.

"I'm going to f--king gay bash you, fa--t," the man yelled, forcing the actor to bolt toward the store in fear.

Employees at the Pink Dot escorted a terrified Page into the shop, but the man allegedly followed him and stood at the store's doorway.

"This is why I need a gun," the maniac reportedly yelled at Page through the glass door.

This is very realistic dialogue which is set in a very plausible scenario. Elliot Page has a real gift.

The problem is that Ellen Page continues to look like a woman, except when she takes her top off, at which point she looks like a woman who cut off her breasts and had plastic "abs" inserted under her skin.

So why would anyone call her a "fat"? You don't call women "fats."

She wishes someone mistook her for a man and called her a "fa***t." She has created a fictitious "attack" in which the "attacker" is kind enough to "validate" her chosen gender expression.

Do attackers often validate the "gender expressions" of their targets?

No, they do not.

This a wish-fulfillment fantasy in which she both gets complimented and gets to play the victim over the compliment.

Elliot has some more highly plausible tales to share:

The "Juno" star's recounting of the alleged verbal assault and threats comes in the wake of another story he recently shared in his upcoming memoir "Pageboy," about when a "famous a--hole" told him being gay "doesn't exist."

Page, who came out as gay in February 2014, claims that an unnamed A-list actor told him he was going to "f--k you to make you realize you aren't gay,'" at a birthday party in Los Angeles shortly after coming out.

He "purposely" did not name the accused high-profile celebrity but said they would "hear about this and know it's him."

The actor added that another celebrity, whom he describes only as an "acquaintance," insisted, "'You aren't gay. That doesn't exist. You are just afraid of men.'"

I mean, maybe Steven Seagall, but I'm still not really hearing the ring of truth in this.

It just so happens that the under-employed actress has a memoir coming out and needs to promote it.

Elliot Page claims in his upcoming memoir that he had a relationship with Kate Mara while she was dating Max Minghella.

"The first person I fell for after my heart was broken was Kate Mara," the "Juno" star writes in "Pageboy," per an excerpt obtained by People Friday.

"She had a boyfriend at the time, the lovely and talented Max Minghella."

Page and Mara became entangled when he was filming the 2014 film "X-Men: Days of Future Past."

The "Umbrella Academy" star, 36, claims Minghella, 37, was supportive of him and the "House of Cards" alum, 40, exploring their feelings for each other and that Mara told the "Handmaid's Tale" star at the time, "'I never thought I could be in love with two people, and now I know I can.'"

Page came out as gay in 2014 and "trans" in 2020 and based on trends, will declare herself to be a Venusian in 2026.
