The man Biden divulged national security secrets do is Zwonitzer. He was mentioned in the last post.
The Special Counsel said that Biden couldn't be prosecuted for revealing national security secrets to a complete civilian with no clearance to receive them because of Biden's "diminished faculties."
But that's just the beginning of the story.
(By the way, Deb Heine just confirmed to me that the "diminished faculties" line is in the report, the current version, on pages 247-248. Always trust content from ace, even when he's slapdash and shaky.)
As soon as the Special Counsel was appointed and Biden and Zwonitzer realized that he would be subpoening all the notes and records of their meetings, ZWONITZER DELETED ALL THE TAPES, thereby denying the Special Counsel evidence of what, exactly, Biden was sharing with him.
The implication, of course -- impossible to miss -- is that Zwonitzer deliberately engaged in spoliation -- destruction -- of evidence.
And why would he do that?
Another big implication is that Biden, or his lawyers, demanded that Zwonitzer destroy evidence of a crime.
"At some point after learning of Special Counsel Hur's appointment, Mr. Biden's ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer, deleted digital audio recordings of his conversations with Mr. Biden during the writing of the book, Promise Me, Dad, The recordings had significant evidentiary value."
Via Nick Arama of RedState, of course the Special Counsel isn't charging the ghostwriter, either.
But Jack Smith charged all of Trump's employees for their part in "hiding" documents!
Another big find from Arama:
Biden's "diminished faculties" did not begin recently.
They were apparently on display in 2017 when Biden was attempting to recall parts of his life for his biographer. I missed this when I quoted the "significantly impaired" language:
We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during out interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," the report states. "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him -- by then a former president well into his eighties -- of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."
"Mr. Biden's memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023.
So he's been demented since 2017 -- and the media, of course, were full conspirators in the cover-up and psyop against the American public.
Biden's caregivers are attempting to portray him as hale and vigorous by claiming he maintains an "aggressive travel schedule." Strange, I only see him going on vacation every week to his beach house in Delaware or Camp David.
Via Jazz Shaw, the lads at Free Beacon asked CNN's "fact" (LOL) "checker" Dale Dade if he had any plans, any at all, to actually check this important claimed "fact," which Biden's caregivers say proves his mental acuity and physical soundness.
You will not be surprised to hear that no, CNN's leftwing propagandist "fact" (LOL) "checker" will not be fact checking any of Biden's claims.
CNN truth expert Daniel Dale did not return an email inquiry about whether or not he was planning to fact-check this claim, so the Washington Free Beacon decided to look into it.
Biden has made 363 trips outside of Washington, D.C., between 2021 and 2023, according to an analysis of presidential travel. Roughly one-quarter (91) of Biden's trips were to Delaware, where he owns a 6,850-square-foot mansion in Wilmington and a beach house in Rehoboth, the site of his infamous bicycle crash. He has spent 279 days at one of those properties, plus an additional 42 days on vacation in other parts of the country, for a total of 321 days, which amounts to nearly one-third of his presidency.
According to our analysis, Biden's travel and vacation schedule during his first three years in office was similar to that of former president Donald Trump, who was ridiculed for frequently visiting his properties in Florida, New Jersey, and Virginia. Trump made 391 trips outside the capital in his first three years in office; roughly one-quarter of those (110 trips) were to properties he owned. He spent a total of 277 days, or roughly one-quarter of his presidency, at Trump-owned properties and didn't vacation elsewhere.
The media's conspiracy to conceal Joe Biden's mental state and lie on his behalf should be borne in mind in the coming days, as they will claim that Biden was so overworked after the 10/7 attacks that of course he couldn't ballpark the year his son died, even within a several-year span.

Erick Erickson
@EWErickson
MSNBC tonight: 13% of Americans over 70 have Alzheimer's. Having one of their own as President represents a bold new step toward inclusion and acceptance in America. Joe Biden is broadening the conversation in a positive way.
What do you predict the spin will be?
Or do you think the time for spinning is over?
In which case: What will be the media's spin about its long participation in this criminal cover-up ?
