NextImg:Biden Is Losing Support Among His Most Important Bloc: Women

Losing 10% of blacks, who make up 13% of the population, is one thing.

Losing 5% of women, who make up, what, 52% of voters?

That's worse.

President Joe Biden's lead with women voters is the lowest showing Democrats have seen in 20 years, according to a recent average of polls compiled by The New York Times.

Biden's lead among women had dipped down to single digits, which is the weakest lead Democrats have had in two decades, according to polling averages compiled by the NYT. Former President Donald Trump is leading among men in the double digits, eclipsing Biden's lead with women and potentially jeopardizing his reelection, according to the aggregate polls.

Biden had a 13 point lead among women in 2020, but the margin has since narrowed to eight points, according to the NYT. Biden's decrease in support is especially noticeable among black and hispanic women, according to recent polls from KFF.

I think it's fair to say that Biden has the AWFL Karen vote locked up. This particular seething snakepit of neuroses and sexual discontent says her support for Biden has only "intensified" after watching him flail and fail for three years.

In 2020, Biden held an 86 point lead among black women, which has since shrunk down to 58 points, according to the NYT. Biden held a 40 point lead among hispanic women, but is now polling with just a 12 point margin.

Trump is currently leading among men by 19 points, according to a May New York Times/Siena Poll. Previously, Trump won the male vote with an eight point lead in 2020 and an 11 point lead in 2016, according to the Roper Center.

Here's one woman Biden has lost: A Silicon Valley millionaire who's jumped from fundraising for Biden to voting for Trump.

Leah Barkoukis:

A former progressive who helped raise millions for Obama and the Democratic Party says she's now backing former President Donald Trump.

Allison Huynh, co-creator of a robotics and AI company that was sold to Google, says President Biden "has been asleep at the wheel."

"He's allowed Big Tech as well as the looters to take over Silicon Valley," she told "Fox & Friends First." "San Francisco has been the science experiment that's gone awry. I wake up in the morning, there's no grocery stores to go to, there's no malls to take my teenage girls shopping to. The streets are not safe, there are more fentanyl users and dealers than high school students in our once great city."

Beyond the law and order issues, she told the Post that her beliefs now align more with policies advanced by the right, which came to a head during the pandemic.

Immigration has also been an issue for her.

"I am all for hardworking immigrants, but not for open admission of immigrants. We have to differentiate between legal immigrants who come here and work hard and illegal immigrants who come here and commit crimes," she said.

"Obama started out with an aspirational messaging that resonated with me; it was about equality and women and minorities; Biden projected the image of being cool and hip," Huynh continued. "But where are we now? Immigrants come into our country and commit crimes . . ."

In contrast, Trump's "policies and politics make sense."

A new poll shows 47% of voters want Merrick Garland jailed for refusing to release the Hur interview tapes.

America's voters are upset that Attorney General Merrick Garland won't release President Joe Biden's confused ramblings about his classified document scandal that prompted a special prosecutor to walk away because he believed a jury would sympathize with an "elderly man with a poor memory."

In the latest Rasmussen Reports survey shared with Secrets, voters said that like Trump advisers before him, Garland should be sent to prison for failing to give Congress Biden's interview recordings, drawing a contempt of Congress charge.

By a 47%-31% margin, voters told Rasmussen that they believed Garland was guilty as charged. And 44% said he should be sent to prison, while 35% didn't.

The view is somewhat bipartisan, though many more Republicans want to see the one-time Supreme Court pick behind bars.

Republicans are likely still reeling from a judge's decision to jail Trump advisers Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for contempt of Congress.

In the survey, "62% of Republicans say Garland should be removed from office and sent to jail for refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas, an opinion shared by 34% of Democrats and 37% of voters not affiliated with either major party," said Rasmussen's analysis.

Meanwhile, Trump is picking on Kamala.
