Merrick Garland keeps lying, claiming David Weiss had "full authority" to bring any charges he wanted against Hunter Biden. (Spoiler: He didn't want to bring any charges.)

But Weiss had to go begging to prosecutors in other states to bring charges in those jurisdictions -- and they turned him down.

Merrick Garland perjures himself here, claiming that Weiss had "full authority" as he's previously pejuriously claimed, but prosecutors in other states could "refuse to partner with him" on investigating Hunter Biden.

In other words: He did not have "full authority."

When asked if he's spoke to anyone in the FBI about Hunter Biden, Merrick Garland claims "I do not recollect the answer to that question." Rep. Johnson is stunned by this claim, saying: "You're saying you don't remember if you spoke to anyone at the FBI about an investigation into the president's son?!?!"

Merrick Garland refuses to say whether or not he has discussed the Hunter Biden case with David Weiss. He will only say "I promised not to interfere."

Merrick Garland also refuses to say whether donors are "buying Hunter Biden's art" to buy political favor. He also refuses to investigate this. He also refuses to say why Biden, who has gotten rich off Chinese "business donations," <a href="<a href=" https:="" twitter.com="" repmattgaetz="" status="" 1704522872079700137"="">cancelled a security program aimed at Chinese espionage.

David Massie accused Merrick Garland of using "mafia tactics" against Elon Musk, seeking to indict him because, supposedly, Musk won't hire foreigners to work on highly sensitive technology projects. In other words, he refuses to hire likely spies for foreign governments.

The real reason for the persecution is that Musk bought the left's famous narrative-making machine, and he occasionally balks at being drafted against his will into Biden's War on Russia.

Finally, Jerry Nadler continues pushing the Russian Disinformation Conspiracy Theory that no one knows whether Hunter Biden's laptop belongs to Hunter Biden. (Similarly, the Secret Service can't tell us who brought Hunter Biden's cocaine into the White House.)

The FBI verified the laptop's authenticity in November 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden's Apple iCloud ID.
