That video below.
As I gleefully, shadenfreudtastically mentioned yesterday, Don LeMon attempted to rebut Nikki Haley's statement that very old people like Joe Biden should take tests periodically to establish that they're cognitively fit for the job. Biden is 80, but speaks at 106 year level.
Don LeMon said that he was "uncomfortable" talking about age, and rebutted Nikki Haley's proposal that people prove their cognitive ability by saying, "Oh yeah? Women aren't in their sexual primes beyond their twenties so you're the one who's really old, not Joe Biden!"
No seriously, he said that. Or words to that close effect.
Lemon: This whole talk about age makes me uncomfortable. I think it's the wrong road to go down. She says people, you know, politicians are suddenly not in their prime. Nikki Haley isn't in her prime. Sorry, When a woman is in their prime in 20s and 30s and maybe 40s...
Poppy Harlow: What are you talking -- Wait...
Lemon: That's not according to me.
Harlow: Prime for what?
Lemon: It depends. It's just like, prime. If you look it up. If you Google when is a woman in her prime, it'll say 20s, 30s, 40s.
Harlow: Forties! Oh my god, I have another decade.
Lemon: I'm not saying I agree with that. So I think she has to be careful about saying that, you know, politicians are in their prime.
Harlow: Are you talking about prime for, like, childbearing? Or are you talking about prime for being president?
Lemon: Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just saying what the facts are. Google it. Everybody at home, when is a woman in her prime? It says 20s, 30s and 40s. I'm just saying Nikki Haley should careful about saying that politics are not in their prime, and they need to be in their prime when they serve. She would not be in her prime according to Google or whatever it is.

Don LeMon's Guide for 40 Year Old Women
You're ugly now. Google it. Go dig a hole and lie in it.
Via Ed Morrissey at Hot Air, Chris Licht announced that he was "disappointed" in Don LeMon's "unacceptable and unfair" comments about the bulk of CNN's female audience.
CNN's chairman, Chris Licht, opened his daily 9 a.m. editorial call by saying that the remarks by Mr. Lemon, which were widely viewed as sexist and insensitive, had left him "disappointed."
"His remarks were upsetting, unacceptable and unfair to his co-hosts, and ultimately a huge distraction to the great work of this organization," Mr. Licht told his staff, according to a recording of the call obtained by The New York Times. ...
"I am sorry," Mr. Lemon said. "I did not mean to hurt anyone. I did not mean to offend anyone."
This is the
NYT reporting, so you know it's true. LOL.
Boy, these two ladies sure seem like they're in a good mood! They're giggling and laughing and just loving being at work!
I wonder why that is?! It's as if an unwelcome and smelly presence had been removed from the set.
Ed Morrissey opines that yesterday might have been Don LeMon's last day of work at CNN, at least for a while.
I'd be very surprised if its only one day off. Apparently CNN is saying that the absence was planned, but with Poppy Harlow on the road today, that seems a bit unlikely. Stay tuned. -- Ed]
Well obviously CNN is lying. That is a General Truth.
So, will Don LeMon be fired, or forced into humiliating Counseling Sessions where he learns how to interact with women in a non-offensive way and treat them as equals, even if he doesn't want to rub his balls and then stick his fingers in their faces?
The latter, of course. CNN cannot fire the guy who proclaimed "I'm gay and black, you can't fire me" quite yet.
And I'm actually okay with putting him through this mortification ritual before firing him.
