While America waits for the complete Jeffrey Epstein list to be released by the Department of Justice, Chaia Raichik, a conservative influencer who created Libs of TikTok, scanned and released the Epstein phase one file binder that was shared by the Trump administration on Thursday.

The binder of declassified information was first provided to conservative influencers such as Rogan O’Handley, Colin Rugg, Mike Cernovich, and Raichik. The front cover reads “The Epstein Files: Phase 1,” and was showcased by the influencers as they left the meeting.

Social media users were infuriated by the inept follow-through, accusing the influencers of having a “photo op” and demanding an immediate release of the list without delay. “I can’t believe someone who works for Trump thought releasing the names of pedophile associates was worthy of a cheap photo shoot. How insulting to the rape victims and the American people,” investigative journalist Laura Loomer posted on X. Despite the harsh criticism, Loomer later obtained a copy of the binder and worked with Raichik to upload the binder’s contents to Dropbox and shared it publicly with X users.
In response to the “photo op” accusations, Cernovich, one of the influencers given a binder, told his X followers that photographers were there for United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who was scheduled to meet with President Trump at noon.
“AG Pam Bondi had been stonewalled by SDNY and the FBI. She wanted to get out what they had, which wasn’t anything material.” Cernovich posted on X.
The file includes a letter by Attorney General Pamela Bondi addressed to FBI Director Kash Patel accusing New York federal investigators of not disclosing “thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein.” Bondi then directed the FBI to deliver all the files to her office by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, along with an investigation into the issue.
Among the long list of materials seemingly collected for evidence on Epstein were Mac desktops, a variety of cellophane bags that held documents and USBs — documents with names, albums of Epstein and girls, photos of naked women, and sculptures and busts of the “female torso” and “female breasts.” (RELATED: The Convenient Death of Jeffrey Epstein)
Over 100 pages of the 224-page file contained flight information. While many names were abbreviated or initialed, prominent names such as President Donald Trump appeared on the list. Lawrence (Larry) Summers, the former president of Harvard University, and Mark Middleton, who served as an aid to former President Bill Clinton, were also documented.
The remaining pages contained a contact list of names, various organizations, and blacked-out lists of visitors and masseuses.
Delivering on President Trump’s promise to declassify the information on Epstein, Bondi told Fox News on Wednesday that the list would be out to the public. “What you’re going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information — but it’s pretty sick what that man did,” Bondi told Fox News anchor Chris Jenkins.
Jeffrey Epstein, a millionaire financier, was initially arrested in 2005 for paying a 14-year-old girl for sex. After dozens of young girls had come out claiming sexual abuse by Epstein, he pleaded guilty in 2008. The Miami Herald reignited interest in Epstein in 2019 when he was later charged in New York for sex trafficking.
Epstein died by suicide in prison while awaiting trial; however, his cause of death remains is still debated on social media. (RELATED: The Epstein Autopsy)
Ghislane Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend, was later prosecuted and convicted in 2021 for assisting Epstein in recruiting young underage girls. Maxwell is serving 20 years in prison. (RELATED: The Wretched Ghislaine Maxwell, Friend of Bill)
