On Wednesday, President Joe Biden flew to Israel to demonstrate his support for the war in Israel, even as protesters stormed a congressional office building back in Washington, D.C. Republican lawmakers, including Rep. Mike Lawler (R-N.Y.), have since called on Tlaib to apologize. “It is appalling and unacceptable that Democrats in Congress partook in Hamas’ misinformation campaign,” Lawler wrote in a statement.
