Perhaps the most notable political turn for Biden came this week when Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, a Biden campaign surrogate and major Democratic donor, took aim at the administration’s “lack of intervention and coordination at the border.” In a public letter, Pritzker escalated past pleas for help — which included the governor in April personally asking Biden at the White House for assistance, according to a source with direct knowledge of the meeting.

The strain on city and humanitarian services isn’t going unnoticed by Biden allies in New York.

“There has been some reticence among New York donors because of the perception in New York that the Biden Administration has not done everything that they can do to address the migrant problem,” said Steve Rattner, a longtime Democratic donor who was head of President Barack Obama’s auto industry task force. “That’s a problem that we’re facing.”

According to NBC News polling, Republicans have their biggest-ever leads on the question of which party better handles immigration. Democrats fared much better on this question during the Obama administration — and even the Trump administration.

From the NBC News poll in September, 45% of respondents said Republicans better handle the issue of immigration, compared to 27% who said Democrats do — an 18-point lead for the GOP.

If Republicans want to lead the counterrevolution, as Hanson styles it, they’re going to have to lean on the border issue. And by leaning on it, I mean they’re going to want to stop pretending that Biden and the Obama machine that runs him are simple incompetents or that they somehow mean well.

They’re going to need to show some fire, and they’re going to need to call this what it is — a deliberate attempt to sow misery and reduce the quality of life for the American people in an effort to make as many people dependent on the government as they can — so that they’ll have the power to turn this country into something other than what it was founded to be.

And they’d better get messaging because what this looks like is Team Biden is trying to back off the throttle so this issue won’t cut as deep a year from now. Can’t let them do that.

If every registered voter in America doesn’t understand what the Cloward-Piven strategy is and how it applies to the Bider border invasion by Election Day next year, then the GOP hasn’t done its job and doesn’t deserve to win. It’s just that simple.

5. Racism, Revenge, and Ruin Is Almost Upon Us (And So Is the Book About It)

We just wrapped up all the last little things about this:

As I’ve mentioned a little bit before, my new book is all about Barack Obama and his devastating effect on America over the past, present, and, most ominously, the future. Obama wasn’t by any means a good president, in that he produced absolutely nothing of value for America’s standing in the world. But it’s hard to overstate the impact he’s had — and is still having — on our culture, politics, and economics. We’re a different country than we were in 2007, in ways it wouldn’t have been thought believable then.

And Obama’s Democrat Party — because it’s all Obama — is totally, fundamentally transformed. And so, to an appalling extent, is America itself.

Racism, Revenge and Ruin is all about that. It’s an explainer of the Obama era. But it isn’t a history book, because all of the awful things Obama did in the White House were a mere precursor to what the Obama machine is today inflicting on us. This book does, if I do say so myself, a very good job of connecting the current horrors to the past ones.
