A memo by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Department of Justice reported findings that high-profile sex offender Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide and that there is no existing list of his clientele.

The memo states the finding of “images and videos of victims who are either minors or appear to be minors, and over ten thousand downloaded images and videos of illegal child sex abuse material and other pornography.” According to the departments, “Through this review, we found no basis to revisit the disclosure of those materials.”

The most striking conclusions state, “This systemic review revealed no incriminating ‘client list.’ There was also no credible evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions.”

These findings also affirm previous claims by FBI head Kash Patel, who stated on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast that, “He [Epstein] killed himself.” Patel continued, asking, “[D]o you think that myself, [Dan] Bongino, and others would participate in hiding information about Epstein’s grotesque activities?”

Bongino serves as the deputy director of the FBI and has also denied the widespread conspiracy that Epstein was murdered to protect the identity of his clients. Bongino told Fox News host Sean Hannity in June that “the evidence we have in our files clearly indicates that it was in fact a suicide.”

The findings of this memo are unlikely to quell theories about a government coverup. In a February interview, when asked specifically about the “list of Jeffrey Epstein’s clients,” U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said, “It’s sitting on my desk right now to review.”

Conservative political commentator Robby Starbuck addressed Bondi’s previous statement in an X post, stating, “Sorry but this is unacceptable. Was she lying then or is she lying now? We deserve answers.”

Alina Habba, legal counsel and adviser to President Trump, stated on Piers Morgan Uncensored in February, “[T]here were so many individuals that were hidden and kept secret and not held accountable.”

Before his death in 2019, Epstein was charged with sex trafficking, conspiracy, and sex trafficking of minors. ABC News reported in January 2024 that several court filings referenced high-profile individuals but that names were often redacted or sealed.
