Vice President J.D. Vance read the riot act to the Democrats who have been cheering TPUSA’s Charlie Kirk’s gruesome assassination, declaring that there can be no unity between conservatives and these left-wing “lunatics.”

The cold-blooded murder was caught on video and witnessed live by thousands people who attended the TPUSA event at Utah Valley University last Thursday, including Kirk’s wife, who was there  with the couple’s two toddlers.

Literally thousands deranged leftists have taken to social media in recent days to share their gleeful reactions to the brutal death of a 31-year-old conservative husband and father.

Vance hosted “The Charlie Kirk Show” on Monday to “pay tribute” to his deceased friend.

“The data is clear, people on the left are much likelier to defend and celebrate political violence,” he said. “This is not a both-sides problem. If both sides have a problem, one side has a much bigger and malignant problem, and that is the truth.”

Appearing on the broadcast with Vance Monday, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller stated that the White House will use the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security to “identify, disrupt, dismantle and destroy” the organized left’s terror networks.

The vice president argued that the left’s bloodlust for political violence has had “terrible consequences.”

In addition to the Kirk assassination, President Trump “escaped an assassin’s bullet by less than an inch” last year, and “House Majority Leader Steven Scalise came within seconds of death” by another left-wing assassin in 2017, Vance noted.

“This violence doesn’t come from no where,” he added.

The Veep acknowledged that political movements are like pyramids, made up of activists, influencers, politicians and organizations, and most of the members of those various groups would not commit murder.

“But by celebrating that murder, apologizing for it, and emphasizing not Charlie’s innocence, but the fact that he said things some didn’t like—even to the point of lying about what he actually said—many of these people are creating an environment where things like this are inevitably going to happen.

Unfortunately, he added,  many are creating an environment where such acts of violence are more likely. He said that he visited Disneyland with his family earlier this year and while most people reacted either positively or neutrally, “a very cruel minority” shouted insults at his children, ages 8, 5, and 3, whenever they had the opportunity.

One middle aged woman hollered at his 5-year old, “you should disown your dad, you little shit, Vance recalled.

Another woman yelled, tell the Secret Service to protect the Constitution, not your dad.”

Vance acknowledged that the women are probably not dangerous but added, “are they deranged? Certainly.”

“While our side certainly has its crazies, it’s a statistical fact that most lunatics in American politics today are proud members of the far left,” he declared.

“After Charlie died, one of his friends and one of our senior White House staffers had left-leaning operatives in his neighborhood passing out leaflets telling people what he looked like and where he lived, encouraging neighbors to harass him or God forbid to do worse,” Vance said. “While he was mourning his dead friend, he and his wife had to worry about the political terrorists drawing a big target on the home he shares with his young children.”

It wasn’t immediately clear who Vance was talking about but activists with the Arlington Democrats were videotaped scrawling inflammatory chalk messages outside Miller’s family home on Sunday.

Video posted to X by Townhall’s Corey Iganamort shows the Democrat women writing  “Miller is preying on families” and “Ask Katie Miller about trad-wife cosplay” on the sidewalk.

When asked if she believed the rhetoric was appropriate just days after a political assassination, she replied, “Absolutely.”

Are these people violent? I hope not,” Vance said. “But are they guilty of encouraging violence? You damn well better believe it.”

The vice president said he didn’t believe most Democrats “share these attitudes,” but acknowledged “something has gone very wrong” with a growing lunatic fringe minority.

There is no unity with people who scream at children over their parents’ politics. There is no unity with someone who lies about what Charlie Kirk said in order to excuse his murder. There is no unity with someone who harasses an innocent family the day after the father of that family lost a dear friend. There is no unity with the people who celebrate Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

There is no unity with the people who fund these articles, who pay the salaries of these terrorist sympathizers, who argue that Charlie Kirk, a loving husband and father, deserved a shot to the neck because he spoke words with which they disagree.

Vance then set his sites on the far-left Nation magazine and it’s “disgusting” article “Charlie Kirk’s Legacy Deserves No Mourning.”

“George Soros’s Open Society Foundation funds the magazine, as does the Ford Foundation and many other wealthy titans of the American progressive movement,” the vice president pointed out.

“Charlie was gunned down in broad daylight, and well-funded institutions of the left lied about what he said so as to justify his murder,” Vance said. “This is soulless and evil, but I was struck not just by the dishonesty of the smear, but by the glee over a young husband’s and young father’s death.”

I am desperate for our country to be united in condemnation of the actions and ideas that killed my friend. I want it so badly. But I will tell you a difficult truth. We can only have it with people who acknowledge that political violence is unacceptable and when we work to dismantle the institutions that promote violence and terrorism in our own country.

While Vance said he “desperately” wants national unity and appreciated the many condolences he received from Democratic friends and colleagues, he argued there can be no unity without confronting the truth.

Stephen Miller told Vance that the last thing Kirk had messaged him about before he was assassinated was that “we need to have an organized strategy to go after the left-wing organizations that are promoting violence in this country.”

“I will write those words onto my heart and I will carry them out,” he promised.

Miller said while he was overwhelmed with sadness, he was also feeling “incredible anger” and that righteous anger—rather than blind rage—directed toward a just cause “is one of the most effective agents of change in human history.”

“We are going to channel all of the anger that we have over the organized campaign that led to this assassination to uproot and dismantle these terrorist networks,” he told Vance.

Miller explained that he was talking about the organized doxing campaigns, the organized riots, the organized street violence, the organized campaigns of dehumanization and vilification, posting peoples’ addresses combined with messaging designed to trigger and incite violence and the organized cells that carry out and facilitate the violence

“It is a vast domestic terror movement,” he stated. “With God as my witness, we’re going to use every resource we have at the Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and throughout this government to identify, disrupt, dismantle and destroy these networks and make America safe again.”
