NextImg:President Trump: 275,000+ Illegal Aliens Have Been Kicked Off Social Security Benefits

President Donald Trump has signed a proclamation marking the 90th anniversary of the establishment of Social Security and announced that his administration is hard at work removing ineligible recipients from the program.

Trump also told reporters that more than 275,000 illegal aliens who have been receiving checks have been kicked off of Social Security benefits despite Democratic claims that illegals weren’t receiving those benefits because they weren’t eligible.

Many of those receiving benefits from the Social Security system had already left the country, “And yet we were sending them checks all the time,” Trump said.

The president reiterated that the number of illegals receiving benefits was well above the 275,000 who were kicked off of Social Security and that their removal was “making the system strong” for all Americans.

Trump had strong words for the Biden administration for its role in allowing so many illegal aliens to participate in Social Security fraud, saying, “Biden never kicked anybody off. Everybody joined.”

The White House also celebrated the passage of Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill” which removes the tax on Social Security for seniors, calling it “the largest tax break for seniors in the history of our country.”

Trump said that his administration has cleared 12.4 million names listed in the Social Security database that were over 120 years of age, telling reporters, “Think of that. That’s a hell of a statement!”

He added, “There were nearly 135,000 people listed who were over 160 years old and in some cases getting payments. So somebody is getting those payments and we’re after that.”

Since taking office in January, Trump’s administration has been aggressively rooting out fraud, waste and abuse that the president says rob federal programs of resources, by eliminating benefits for those who don’t legally qualify and stopping payments to the deceased.

A White House press release states: “These measures will save American taxpayers billions of dollars every year and ensure that future generations receive the benefits they spent their lives paying into.”
