FBI Director Kash Patel announced Monday that he has located and declassified a trove of documents related to potential election fraud during the rigged 2020 election, “including allegations of interference by the CCP” [Chinese Communist Party].

Patel said in a post on X Monday night that he has turned the material over to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) for further review.

The documents detail an alleged Chinese plot to meddle in the 2020 election using thousands of bogus U.S. driver’s licenses  “to hijack the 2020 election with fake mail-in ballots for Democrat Joe Biden,” according to Just the News.

The Feds allegedly caught wind of the plot around August 2020, after a confidential source tipped them off. At about the same time, U.S. Customs and Border Protection CBP) reportedly seized almost 20,000 fake licenses in a possible corroboration of the source’s report. The Bureau failed to fully investigate the matter “on the grounds that the source needed to be re-interviewed,” Just the New reported.

The newly declassified intelligence reports from August 2020 weren’t corroborated or fully investigated and instead were recalled from intelligence agencies at about the time that then-FBI Director Chris Wray testified there were no known plots of foreign interference ahead of the 2020 election in which Biden defeated Donald Trump, officials told Just the News.

Grassley had previously raised concerns that the documents hadn’t been fully investigated, and had urged the Bureau to look into matter.

“Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency at the people’s Bureau,” Patel said in a statement. “To that end, we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested, which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election.

“Specifically, these include allegations of plans from the CCP to manufacture fake driver’s licenses and ship them into the United States for the purpose of facilitating fraudulent mail-in ballots – allegations which, while substantiated, were abruptly recalled and never disclosed to the public,” Patel also said.

“In accordance with Chairman Grassley’s request for documents, I have immediately declassified the material and turned the document over to the Chairman for further review,” he added.

Joe Biden “won” the swing states of Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin by approximately 10,000, 12,000 votes and 20,000 votes respectively.
