What can be said about the assassination of Charlie Kirk that has not already been said by those who loved and revered him and marveled at all he has accomplished over the past decade and a half with his youth movement, Turning Point USA?
What is there to be said about all those on the left who have gleefully and shamelessly celebrated his death? Who are those people? Who celebrates the murder of a young man, a husband and father, who as a teenager founded TPUSA.
They are, without a doubt, truly evil people.
The assassin, on the run until recently, is certainly evil; “Action is always consistent with character.” (Aristotle)
Like those who to this day support Luigi Mangione, the man who shot and killed the health insurance CEO, there is no shortage of evil amongst the American population.
Too many of these people are young, brainwashed by Marxist teachers and professors. They have not been taught to think critically but to regurgitate the radicalism they’ve been fed for nearly two generations. They have not been taught history, American or world. They have not been taught the horrors of communism so they are sadly vulnerable to the threat of a man like Zohran Mamdani in NYC.
The left has no patience for Christianity. They fear it. The Biden administration targeted Catholics and Christians as potential domestic terrorists. They targeted parents who objected to the explicit sexual material being “taught” in the early grades, kindergarten and even pre-school. For reasons beyond comprehension, the left wants to destroy the most essential tenets of Judeo-Christian values; marriage, family, faith, honor, truth.
They hated Charlie Kirk precisely because he sought to impart those values to young people on college campuses where they were taught the polar opposite of those virtues.
They hated him because he built a movement that was successful. He brought millions of young people into his fold by inviting them to have dialogues with him and each other. He never raised his voice, he offered only conversation, the exchange of ideas.
There are now Turning Point chapters on hundreds of college campuses and high schools. His death will hopefully galvanize millions more young people to his cause.
His murder that has so delighted those people who are mocking Kirk after his death, those people who are laughing and praising the assassin, reveals only the evil within them.
Who raised these people to be so cruel and heartless, so casually depraved?
The new head of the Oxford Union debating society, George Abaraonye, who personally debated Charlie a while back, has tweeted his delight.

It seems Oxford, too, has lost its soul, or at least those promoted to such prestigious positions, perhaps not based on merit. The Oxford Union actually had to disavow this person's statement, though the university itself has not sanctioned him:

There are countless horrific videos on X of venal people without a shred of decency, cheering Charlie’s death in as many despicable ways.
They should not be banned! We need to know these soulless people are in our midst, hoping for the deaths of all Trump supporters, planning to kill the innocent, law-abiding people who hold fast to the Judeo-Christian values that so offend them.
The Democrats accuse conservatives of being divisive but it is their intolerance for any opinions they oppose that is divisive. It is the Democrats who want to ban speech they disapprove of which is just about anything a conservative has to say on any topic. It is the Democrats’ vicious rhetoric that has made these times we are living in so dangerous.
For Charlie, we need to step up our game.
Republicans will never play as dirty as the Democrats so regularly do but we must stop the intra-party haggling.
Our RINOs need to stop being so squishy, slaves to the media they are loath to annoy and to the lobbyists like Big Pharma that line their pockets. They need to take their cues from the few fearless members of Congress =- Josh Hawley, Mike Lee, Ron Johnson, Eric Schmitt, Marsha Blackburn, Harriet Hageman, Ted Cruz, etc. Why are there so few with a spine?
We need not care about what the NYT, WaPo, CNN, MSNBC, etc. write or say. Those not-news outlets spew the propaganda of the left; no truth, no ethics, no honor. We have plenty of terrific media of our own now. We have a great president who is doing his best to usher in a new “golden age.” The evil amongst us must be identified and incarcerated. Criminals who have for so long now been coddled and allowed to re-offend in the name of compassion must be imprisoned. The mentally ill must be housed in institutions for the safety of innocents like Iryana Zarutska and the countless others who have been assaulted, raped and murdered by the thugs, criminal migrants, gang members and insane persons who roam our streets.
Toward the end of the film, Fiddler on the Roof, when the Jews in the village of Anatevka were being forced out of their Ukrainian home, Tevye’s son-in-law Motl asks the rabbi, “Wouldn’t now be a good time for the Messiah to come?”
Perhaps the Messiah is a new golden age of peace and prosperity for all.
That is what Charlie Kirk advocated for, that and the pursuit of happiness that comes with marriage and family – the American dream. He was, as many have commented these past few days, a force of nature, an angel among us. May his legacy be a reinvigorated Republican party that works as a hive mind to bring about that golden age.
