

At least two shootings that erupted Sunday morning in the same area of Kansas City, Missouri, caused "multiple deaths," according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
The shootings occurred about 90 minutes apart in an area southeast of downtown Kansas City, Jackson County Sheriff Darryl Forte tweeted Sunday morning.
"KCPD is on scene at 57th and Prospect where multiple victims have been shot resulting in multiple deaths," Forte tweeted.
No arrested were immediately announced by police and a motive for the shootings is under investigation.
Video footage from the crime scene provided by ABC Kansas City affiliate station KMBC showed numerous police vehicles and emergency vehicles responding to the shootings.
