Madonna has been hospitalized in the intensive care unit with a "serious bacterial infection" and is postponing her tour, according to manager Guy Oseary.

"Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care," Oseary wrote on Instagram. "A full recovery is expected."

Madonna's "Celebration" tour was set to begin July 15 in Vancouver.
